⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We loved the hotel manager, who was friendly and spoke excellent English, he was cheerful and welcoming every morning at breakfast. Breakfast was also 5 star 🌟. Amazing continental selection, plus full cooked breakfast every day! We loved how peaceful and quiet the hotel is. It is just a 20 minute walk (down a very steep hill, so a little tougher on the legs on the way home after a meal) from the main village of Canillo. Rooms were super clean, and beds really comfy and very spacious. Cleaned daily, including the little kitchen area. You can choose to have just the fridge and sink part of the kitchen for free, or pay an extra €10 to use the microwave / hob. The little spa was great - open from 3-10pm daily, and children are allowed in as well which is nice. When we stayed in February half term, there was no snow in the village of Canillo, however as soon as you get in the Canillo cable car and start to travel up the mountain you see snow! Canillo cable car is easily reached by using the hotel shuttle bus service that runs from 9-5pm (inline with the cable car opening times) However we choose to drive down ourselves and park in the multi story car park attached to the ski lift - just to make it easier, as we then left skis in the car overnight. If you have a ski lift the car parking is 50% off so for a full days car park you will only pay about €3 (as it is 25 cents per 15 mins) Free parking is available outside the hotel in their car park, however if you arrive and it is snowy you have the option of a paid undercover car park 🅿️ Pic Negre ski shop next to the cable car had run out of ski rentals when we arrived Monday morning, they directed us to Elite Sport just a short walk away in Canillo and they were incredible , so friendly and helpful and really reasonable priced!

Honestly, for the price we paid, it was brilliant! It would have been lovely to have had a pool, but for the price you pay, the lovely little spa is a fantastic addition!

Everything, indoor and outdoor hot tub, mini gym, spa. Restaurant, bar great breakfast included. We ordered pizza for the evening which was made on-site and brought to our room. Tea and coffee and smart tv. Everything that we wanted. Perfect

The only thing we didn’t like is that there was a kitchenette in the suite with microwave and hob with utensils but if we wanted to cook something ourselves we would have to pay £10 per day cleaning fee, it didn’t spoil our stay but thought it was worth mentioning

This is the second year running I have stayed here in July and will be back again. The staff are superb and speak English, the rooms are spacious and views are fantastic, underground secure parking which is also free for motorcycles. Spa is great especially if you have just walked back up the hill from town on a hot day as we did. Spa has steam room, sauna, inside and outside jacuzzis as well as a little gym which I cannot comment on as I’m allergic to gyms 😂

Nothing really apart from real sausages at breakfast instead of very poor hot dogs sausages would be nice for us Brits at least 😁

Really good location a short distance from Canillo but nice and quiet in the evening with great views into the valley. The car park was a big bonus, as parking could often be difficult in Andorra. Good breakfast as well, with plenty of space in the breakfast area. Easy to get around to different areas for hiking too.

The living area felt a bit cramped - would probably have preferred a bigger bedroom instead. No access to fridge unless you pay for the kitchen access.

Excellent hotel although the “cooked” breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The cold greasy streaky bacon, cold rubber fried eggs along with cold hot dog sausages need replacing with decent bacon,real sausages and decent fried eggs especially for English visitors, also possibly not made an hour before breakfast. Other than that an excellent hotel experience, room fantastic and spotless, staff great, spa was excellent, under ground secure parking which is free for bikers is excellent although the entry card refused to work for me on the only two occasions I went out on the bike during my three night stay which meant going through reception and pressing a button in the garage to open the door which was a tad inconvenient but not a deal breaker at all.

One of my faves of my one-month trip, not in the least because it offered amazing value. The hotel seems geared more towards winter sports tourists, which was reflected in a lower price during my summer visit. The hotel itself is clean, well-equipped with a gym and spa, the staff was very friendly and my room was super spacious - more like a proper apartment size.

Because it’s geared toward the winter season, airco was lacking, which meant my first night was too hot. Afterwards the outside temperature dropped, and the room temperature was immediately more pleasant.

The hotel was spacious and light, with excellent views over the town and mountains to front and mountains to rear. Our suite was very spacious and lots of storage and very comfy bed. The staff were all very knowledgable and helpful, and spoke English, in particular Alicia gave us advice on restaurants and booked for us. Perfect location for us - quiet location with car park, so no hassles with parking, but only 15 minute walk to centre of town. Breakfast buffet was topped up regularly so all very fresh and an excellent selection. Used the spa facilities which were all clean and working. Excellent location easy access to view points and Pont Tibeta - suspension bridge.

I couldn't use the cooking facilities without paying fee. Not a problem though as there were plenty of places to get a pizza

Very friendly and efficient check in. Nice room with a balcony with views both down the valley but also up into the high Pyrenees. Good breakfast & we used the Pizza service which was ample. Having a car park beside the hotel was also great.

More Coffee sachets in the room (but they happily provided more on request)

The hotel has all you need to make the stay comfortable. Generous breakfast, spa facilities, possibility to rent and store skiing equipment, free parking. Our room was very spatious. Very limited noise from sorroundings and adjacent rooms.

Breakfast room crowded and noisy at peak time with many kids running around. Daily cleaning could be improved. Internal jacuzzi in spa does not look well kept and clean. Room furniture a bit old.
