Location, room size, food on offer, pool and entertainment

Checking time, and they need a sign for the lagoon area for jellyfish 🪼. My wife got stung

Staff were incredible, very helpful and friendly throughout. Outside hot tub is fab and lovely when the sun is going down to watch sunset. Food options were fantastic with lots of variety.

We didn’t book a balcony room and regretted it with no where to put wet stuff. I would definitely recommend a balcony room. The bathrooms are pretty disappointing but the rest of the facilities make up for this

Great location, extremely friendly staff, Lots to do on the resort. Dinners are amazing, and booking your time slots are easy. It was nice how everyone would dress up to go eat. The pool is awesome and the private beach is cute, they could have cleaned up the seaweed a bit. But it is not a far look of the ocean. There is one bar outside and one inside. But there is only a certain amount of people working it. They should add one more bar stand to accommodate the amount of people. Or open the inside one throughout the day.

The bathtub stunk like fish, each time I turned on the water it smelled like a fish market, therefore it made my entire bedroom smell. I had to buy a scent for the room but that didn’t help when I took a shower. I just hope I didn’t smell like it. my daughter told me I didn’t.

Nightly activities were provided It's no beach on property but they do shuttle you there and back. The buffet or Pizza hut were always open for food. Special restaurants by reservation only so make them soon as you get there. Most staff were pleasant and helpful. If you drink alcohol they did keep them coming.

It was February and I couldn't turn on the heat so I was freezing every night. They have no room service here, your fridge is empty not even water. You have to ask for everything. The pool is next to the Lagoon so if you eat poolside seagulls try and take your food. They have one very large pool 2 hottubs 1 worked the other was broken. They ran out of pool towels often.

The food was amazing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The best server at dining times breakfast and lunch was Kendrick! He was absolutely AMAZING!!!! He took wonderful care of myself, mom and sister. We will be back soon!

The servers for dinner time hours could work on having more hospitality. You can tell the difference between your morning and afternoon employees versus the evening crew.

very clean, staff was friendly, I love that food and drinks were offered up to 1am. I love the various activities they offered like shuttle to Cabbage beach, the Casino at the Atlantis, bike tour.

I would like to have seen more activities for solo travelers. it would have been nice to offer a shuttle to the Straw market or downtown.

The staff there are super kind and worked to make sure we had a great experience. The pool and beach were spacious and clean and the resort had a lot of great activities for us to participate in if we wanted. The food was pretty good and they also had a decent selection of alcoholic beverages to choose from.

The only challenge was our room was next to the elevator and it was incredibly loud. Not the people coming and going but the actual elevator. You can hear the weights of the elevator moving and it was super disruptive to our sleep. If you go be sure to request a room that is not near the elevator.

Staff very attentive, all-inclusive was very generous with good food options for size of hotel. Our room (deluxe balcony harbour view) was lovely - very spacious, bed very comfortable and plenty of storage and living space. View of the harbour and pool was lovely! Swimming pool was gorgeous and it was nice to have a little private beach right there as well. Easy to walk to Atlantis (under 10 mins away) and very easy to get taxis to other destinations. Would also recommend the casino at Baha Mar and the water park there if want to get off the Paradise Island part for a day or so! Cabbage Beach ~10-15 minute walk and definitely worth it (also a shuttle but only goes once an hour) - lovely clear waters and you can be as busy or not as you like on this beach. Junkanoo beach just over the island bridge had a lot more going on, much busier, with massage/food/drink/beach bar layout that Cabbage Beach did not

Each day was very noisy around the hotel pool with loud games and shouting over the microphone; sometimes it felt like this spoiled the peace/vibe of the music rather than provide entertainment, but understand they are catering to a diverse crowd. Worth noting that if you are looking to completely chill and relax around the pool, this probably isn't the hotel for you, although there are some loungers further away from the bar area where you would be disturbed less

The hotel is located close to the entrance of Paradise Island and is also within walking distance from various other beaches. There are three restaurants at the hotel and the buffet options are also quite good. The pool area and bars are also great. The entertainment, both at the pool and at the night, was a fun and great touch.

The hotel is located close to the pier, so the beach area does not really have a direct access to the ocean. However, the whole outside (pool+beach) area is great.

Breakfast was good and the verandah where it was served was set up nicely

We didn't like the lighting in the hallway on the floors it was a bit too dim. The room had a musty atmosphere and it triggered the allergies. The rooms were kept well but maybe some renovations should be done to improve upon what's already there.
