No Breakfast available. The room was clean and tidy. The location suited us as we attended the King's Wharf Theatre and needed somewhere to stay overnight

Reception was only available by call, nobody at the front desk

Everything was fine until between 11 PM and 1 AM when the party upstairs resembled a herd of elephants, making sleep difficult with all the crashing and banging for over two hours. Also, lacked tissues or napkins. Had to use toilet paper

Breakfast was not included. Location was great…close to downtown and waterfront.

Floors in bedroom area were in need of cleaning. Beds were a bit too firm.

This is a modest property, but the staff is exceedingly friendly, helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant next-door was excellent!

The only weird thing was the people in the building in front of the rooms were kind of sketchy.

I arrived early, so the room wasn't ready yet, but the desk person checked me in, gave me my key and said I could get into the room anytime later -- most helpful because I was due to visit with friends. for the rest of the day. The room was spacious and clean with a king sized bed, a good desk and bathroom. And, most especially, a good, quiet air conditioner.
