Room was adequate for what I needed

There was no queuing system at Reception and people were just being seen on how quickly they pushed to the next available member of staff. Two people pushed in front of me and I was waiting for ages. I think Reception staff need to be more mindful and see to people they can see have been waiting, rather than serve the people who are pushy and rude. It was the school holidays and there were loads of kids running up and down the corridor until 10pm and then from 6am. It would be great if staff could see who is there as a family and who has put that they are on business and maybe put them on different floors so business travellers are not disturbed.

Nice room with low noise from other rooms which is v important for me. Great view and balcony. Excellent gym .

Breakfast was chaotic with far too many people, particularly problematic for a buffet. Seemed to be more people than the hotel capacity. Needs major improvement . Staff were hassling me to check out despite having paid to extend my stay which said they were unaware of.

+good variety of choices for breakfast +the staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome +the hotel was very clean and spotless +easy access to a pool and beach at the Crowne Plaza Hotel +Phenomenal location with attractions such as Yas Waterfront and SeaWorld being less than 10 minutes away. +incredibly large and comfortable room; it exceeded my expectations greatly considering the price, which was already quite reasonable

The only disappointing element was that the main buffet for dinner didn’t have a great variety of options but it still tasted delicious.

Staff were so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent, and there was never any queuing even at the busiest times. Our room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. We ate in the Belgian Cafe which was also really nice. We would definitely stay again.

Disappointed the pool was closed which was not advertised when we booked our room. We were able to use the pools at the Crowne Plaza and the Park Inn instead.

I had the pleasure of staying one night at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and it was truly a memorable experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed—with the most perfect view overlooking both the golf course and the sea. Waking up to that scenery felt like a dream. The staff were kind, professional, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Even though it was a short stay, everything—from the comfort of the bed to the calm ambiance—made it feel like a true escape. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic stay in the city.

I think the location is super good. The music during the day next to the pool was super chill and relaxing. I liked very much the house keeping service especially the gzuy Kranthi who was super helpful and flexible with a cleaning especially in a view of the little baby we have. The whole service was very professional. I really appreciate that they allowed a late check-out too because of the baby, it made our day of travel home a lot easier.

Lifeguards should be more careful not let people enter children’s pool or let them to hang their feet in it, that’s why there’s the other pool, not the childrens’s one. Its also not very hygienic either.. Also there could have been more types of ingredients or types of ready-made mixed salad ( like dinner) at the breakfast that section was boring during the 6 days. And also nothing changed too while we were there.

This was our first time staying at Radisson Blu Yas Island. We loved the beach view, the relaxing pool, and the golf course surroundings. The room was spacious and clean, and the check-in process was smooth.

Unfortunately, we were disturbed early in the morning around 8:00 AM by loud noise from electrical maintenance staff, which woke up our 3-year-old son in tears and disrupted our rest. Also, some minor maintenance issues were present, such as a bathroom light fixture that was loose and almost falling, and the Wi-Fi speed was quite slow at times.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island, during a transit stopover, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided. Traveling with my elderly parents, we arrived at Zayed International Airport early in the morning after a long overnight flight. Although the standard check-in time was 3:00 PM, I had requested an early check-in, understanding it might be difficult to accommodate. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Despite the rarity of early availability, they managed to arrange a room for us almost immediately upon arrival. Their kindness and understanding of our situation, particularly considering my parents’ needs, made all the difference. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for our brief stay. The hotel's location on Yas Island added a touch of charm, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that allowed us to relax before continuing our journey. The staff’s professionalism and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. They turned what could have been a stressful transit day into a comfortable and memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island, to anyone seeking world-class service and comfort. A big thank you to the team for their thoughtfulness and hospitality!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I disliked about my stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island. From the prompt and accommodating service to the comfort and cleanliness of the room, everything exceeded my expectations.

Great sized room, we requested an extra bed which was provided. Reception was keen to help whenever we needed it and reacted promptly. Every inch of the hotel was perfectly clean. Pool staff were very professional, ensure everyone was safe and abiding by pool rules.

The main shower head was a fine mist which made it difficult to wash hair properly. Had to use hand held shower head. Water was either scorching hot or cold in the shower. Couldn’t get a good temperature.

Radisson Blu at At Yas Island- Abu Dhabi is an excellent location for meeting, enjoying vacation and spending quality time with family. The most highlighting part of Radisson Blu -YAS ISLAND is that they have series of vegetarian options which really makes the stay more comfortable and trouble free.... Overall..... Name itself is sufficient to say about services and hospitality !
