I was traveling with my cat, and when we arrived, they had kindly prepared a little box for him in the bathroom, such a thoughtful touch! The staff was very welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was really good too. Great overall experience!

some amenities in the lobby, like coffee, were charged separately, it would have been nice if those were complimentary.

Good quality rooms, slippers, bathrobe, double doors. It was nice and quite. Pillows and mattresses weren't too soft or too hard, just the right firmness to my taste. Just keep in mind it is quite isolated from everything so you'll need a car to move around otherwise you'll be loosing a lot of time with public transportation.

Everything was very nice and clean. Reception desk was great. Parking was perfect. The location was ideal for restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

I only have 1 complaint... the temperature of the air conditioning could not be controlled. There was only control of the fan, and off or on. Therefore, the temperature was too warm and there was no way to make it colder.

The girl that checked us in was rather rude and unhelpful. This hasnt been pur overall experience in this hotel. We have been received nicely other times and the rest of thr staff was very polite also this time. I found though the girl that received us rather appalling.

NH Alcorcon is a hotel conveniently located by the Alcorcon junction of the A-5 motorway. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was rich and varied (grabbing several slices of Jamon Cerrano is unmissable). The room was clean and very spacious. Parking was available at a reasonable extra price.

first view of NH Alcorcon does not have kerb appeal it is joined to a deserted shopping centre but don’t be put off it is quite far out of Madrid centre but easily reached by metro Breakfast was fantastic, fresh plentiful and varied room was large with comfortable bed and excellent shower with bath it was excellent value and the staff were friendly and helpful there are two restaurants in the shopping centre la Tagliatella is very good Italian and the Chinese buffet grill was great value

walking back in the dark was off putting at first but in fact perfectly safe if you I don’t mind walking and using metro it is much better value than staying central it is ten minute walk to metro with one change to arrive at Plaza de Espana which is close to Gran Via the central shopping st

Everything was very good. A little over-priced. Everything was clean. Loved the free parking.

I didn't like going through all the online check-in and then still have to wait to check-in before going to my room. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost nonexistent. The shower was good.

The rooms were extremely comfortable, the bedding was very soft. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. I have the buffet for breakfast in the morning and the everything was tasty, fruit was fresh and plenty of options to choose from.

Excellent, the room was very well equiped, including a robe and slippers. The breakfast was very complete and the staff offered to cook something different than the available buffet.

The location is very far from the center of Madrid, other than that. Nothing else to critique.
