A good, solid hotel. Situated almost in the city centre. When we stayed at the hotel it was quite quiet. The bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive. Breakfast is basic, nothing fancy, but enough to start the day. The breakfast room has a great view.

I didn't like some carelessness in the parking marking. Without knowing what is where and what controls what, it is not immediately clear how to open access for exit. Also, the first time it is not so easy to find the entrance to the parking lot and you have to get out of the car and ask at the reception desk. I was also surprised that for two visitors there was only one set of towels, slippers and a robe. The second visitor had to do without these amenities.

This property is truly one of the best places, and located in one of the most beautiful villages I’ve ever visited in Spain. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff (both day and night) were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Although I only stayed for one night, I genuinely wished I had booked more time there. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough, with thoughtful attention to detail that made the stay extra special. A lovely touch was finding complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, an unexpected and appreciated gesture for any traveler. The hotel also offers a private parking spot and even has a charging station for electric cars, along with several other great facilities. Everything was spotless, and the location itself adds so much charm to the overall experience.

Bright room with a nice mountain view. Good bathroom witha big bath tub and plenty of hot water. Ample closet and drawer space for your clothing. Small minibar. Good bed, pillows and linnen.

NO COMPLAINTS. However a few minor details worth mentioning. No coffee machine in room nor english or german Tv channels. Staff could have been more service oriented asking me if a needed a parking space for my car which is considerably cheaper than the indoor parking house opposite the hotel. When I returned to hotel at 14.35 waiting for my room to get ready (check in is at 15.00 so all is good) the clark who saw me sit down in front of him, could have addressed me and informed me that my room was now ready instead of me waiting there for 5 minutes and eventually asking him, and he replying that my room was indeed ready.

The hotel is very well located, a few meters from the city center but in a quiet place. Breakfast offers many tasty and healthy options, and a beautiful view. The room is comfortable and clean, with good quality sheets as well as bath towels. There is a restaurant attached that offers delicious dishes and a good selection of wines. The staff is very polite and friendly, especially Nico.

Nice, clean room

It’s called a pet-friendly hotel and we were travelling with our dog. However she was not allowed to come to the hotel restaurant with us. As we did not want to leave her in the room alone, usually it is even not preferred by pet friendly hotels, we could not have dinner in the hotel, had to look for other option.

comfortable beds, fast lifts, very quiet location, great parking garage, attentive welcoming breakfast staff, great choice and reception staff always acknowledged you.

Going to room at 1300 on our final day to find it not cleaned. Having returned from a cycle. Just wanted to freshen up. ? Was the sequencing of the cleaning of the room correct as we were staying that night? Thought it would have been ready as it had been every other day.

Comfortable in terms of utilities, I’d say it is aiming to 5* some day. Close to the mall and a little park. Clean. Very good hair drier. Comfortable beds. After seeing so many “compromise” hotels, this one is a pleasure.

Be ready that no Uber or Bolt operate in Alcoy. The reception will kindly call a taxi for you.

Wonderful stay at Sercotel...pity for only one night! Large spotless room with comfortable bed and ample sized bathroom with wonderful toiletries including toothbrush/toothpaste & razor. Excellent breakfast with lots of assortment, both sweet and savoury for all tastes. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Street parking is quite limited but there is a private closed-off garage beside the hotel which connects to the basement. The hotel is just off the main street so very central for shopping, bars and eateries. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to fault.

Reception staf was very friendly and make check in and out very quickly and provided all necessary info. As I travelled with the car the hotel offers own parking in the hotel garage with a direct access to the rooms. Breakfast was providing selection of local quisine and was very tasty. Rooms was spacy enough, clean and with comfortable beds.

In my room the wi-fi connection was not a good one. Frequently disconnecting and unable to reconnect.

I was initially given a room on the groundfloor with a lot of noise coming from a celebration in the basement. The girl at the reception kindly moved me to a much more comfortable and silent room (a 2-story suite) on the 2nd floor, without any additional cost. Thanks a lot.
