We had Breakfast and Bed in this hotel. Breakfast is good, had everything you need in my opinion, may seem monotonous to some. But for breakfast, I think everyone will find something for themselves. Personally for me with breakfast everything is great. Fresh fruit every day, juices, water, tea, coffee. Cool pastries by the way, I appreciated especially the cinnamon muffins. The staff is welcoming, friendly, helpful, top notch.

Smoking is indicated - not allowed. But there is an ashtray on the balcony. In the room next door smoked every day. Yes, and the smell that they smoke not only tobacco was also present. The room I think corresponds to not full reality, as I booked Superior Room Sea View but it turned out to be with an adapted bathroom for people with disabilities. Accordingly, the shower was not separated. Which was not very convenient for water procedures :) At check-in we noticed it, we were kindly told that the next day we can find something and change if we do not change our minds, but of the available rooms was a room with a side sea view, so we stayed in our room.

The suite was a bit tired, not been updated for some time. The gym is tiny with a limited selection of old weights/machines & needs updating. The only place to fill water bottles for drinking water was in the gym. It didnt seem possible behind the bar or anywhere else in the hotel. The glass H10 bottles didnt fit so it was a pain to fill them (and your own) usually resulting in water on the floor. The gym also closed at 7.30 every night. The alternaive - buy bottled water adding to the rubbish/recycling issue that us tourists are blamed for/have to pay a tax for!

Beautiful hotel, very friendly and caring staff. It has direct access to one of the best beaches in Majorca, and also in direct vicinity of terrific restaurants. I would like to especially mention the following people who made our stay very pleasant and memorable. Silvia, Elena and Carlos at the reception desk were ready to help out with all our queries and went out of their way to help me out with boat trip reservations and finding a decent gym, out of many other things. Paulino at the bar is the man to go to; always has a smile and a story. I think we had a lot of drinks just because he was around and made us feel better! Rodrigo is the nicest bar tender ever! Very friendly and full of beans. Oriana is the sweetest girl at the bar, always had a smile and helped us with our drinks. At breakfast, Rosa was like my mum serving me fresh pancakes and the largest omelettes Majorca has seen! I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff again for their service.

The gym could do with a few added equipment.

Convient to airport and Other restaurants for a shorter stay. Small and very clean rooms were huge with tons of space loved the coffee in room And tea. We had to ask about more coffee daily kinda a pain but it's okay others waste it if they don't use it. Great breakfast and staff in all ways. Kinda a pain for parking but we never had an issue finding something on the street.

We could have had a better view probably if we booked direct and not booking com.

Nice location, good shady areas with sunbeds under cover, nice pool, very ‘white’ beach style vibe

Felt a bit ‘old’ ( and we are in our early 60s) - bit of a lack of choice of wine in bar - rooms felt a bit ‘tight’ room wise if you had several cases- and that was a superior with sea view. Having said that the basics are all very good, aircon, wifi, cleanliness, beds etc

Good, very clean, well appointed room with balcony and excellent shower. Lovely views. Excellent beach on doorstep. Excellent food. Lovely staff. Good music on 2 evenings. Very close to a wide variety of food outlets, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. Close to taxis and buses.

Minor things. Not enough hooks in bathroom. Lobby chairs very stylish but very uncomfortable due to enormous size. Little info on tourist attractions and trips.

Fab position beach and pool side by side we didn’t dine in the evening but it was beautifully set up ,breakfast were super especially the omelette man

We were in room 111 on the first floor didn’t like the fact that there was a row of double sun beds right by our balcony as it was we didn’t use our balcony but it would have made it awkward if we had.

I liked everything. I suggest to eat inside the hotel. Menu ve meal are better in hotel rather than nearby restaurant. Staff, breakfast, dinner, bar, overall facilities, beach, distance to the beach are perfect.

Internet can be better. It didnt work very well. But we can survive.

Best location in the area. Lovely hotel - not too huge. Air con good in bedrooms. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - bar staff, restaurant staff, reception and the room service staff. Very gentle people. Thanks for a brilliant holiday.
