The staff were amazing. Breakfast was lovely and you could order what you wanted. Always smiling. We attended a wedding and had parked our car with a disabled badge in the wrong place. The staff contacted us at the wedding and then with our permission, moved the car so that it didn’t get towed away. They said the following day that they treat guests as family and certainly that was the case. They were fabulous, very caring. Thank you

Our experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of welcome. The hotel itself was a charming blend of traditional Mallorcan architecture and modern amenities. Our room was spacious and truly showcased the island's culture. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and we could savor delicious locally sourced dishes. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Mallorca. Campos itself is picturesque town located close to some of the island's most beautiful beaches. Our stay was truly unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an authentic and delightful Mallorcan experience.

Street parking in Campos is confusing. No restaurant / bar, or even vending machine. Breakfast fine but not clear what is available ( eg. eggs etc. ) unless inquiry made. Bar only opens for guests and public on Saturday morning to early afternoon for “market day”!!

We felt very welcome. Kettle and fridge available and excellent Wi-Fi. Great breakfast with excellent service. We enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and were happy to be supplied with both pool/ beach towels and dressing gowns. This is a very authentic, almost old fashioned hotel.

Although it was ok, a more modern and more comfortable mattress would improve the accommodation.

Nothing. We liked it all. A really nice touch was the indoor pool. It was needed as the heatwave was hitting 38 degrees. One comment- the courtyard is lovely, and would be the best restaurant in town- I guess the sisters don’t want to do it.

Well I dont think it should be classified as a hotel, its more like a guesthouse so if you expect 4* hotel as its described just dont, coz its nth like this (at least it would never be called a hotel in my country). The only negative was that It was really hot in the room at our arrival and took us more than 3-4 hours to make it cooler after switching on the AC, sounds like nothing, but if you are not used to such high temperatures and tired after flight it does make you feel uncomfortable. And thats pretty much it.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious room. Calm and quiet. I loved the old Mallorcan decor. Parking was very easy- the first night I used the blue bays in front and moved my car in the morning. I was easily able to find a spot in the free zone 1 min down the street. Breakfast was plentiful and good coffee too.

The hotel is old building but well remodeled. The location is in the area of old town and good restaurants are walking distance. The staffs are very kind and informative.
