A great value hotel. Rooms well appointed

The fact that the hotel allows people attending events at the hotel to continue making lots of noise after their event has finished, including after midnight. In fact, some of these people, who are not guests staying at the hotel, started up a new party outside the entrance to the hotel, with loud music being played. The hotel should police this better and ensure that guests at the hotel are not being disturbed.

Excellent welcome from Mohammed on reception who is a mine of information and charming with it ( speaks 5 languages!) The hotel is clean, smart. We didn't use the restaurant but the cafeteria next door was great for breakfast.

It's a bit further from the centre of Palermo than I realised but we took a taxi and that was fine. Since discovered that a bus to centre stops right outside.

Absolutely loved this place. From the easy check in, the great restaurant bar and very helpful over all staff here..we had an amazing time staying at Andia for the San fermin festival and the running with the bulls. The bus stop right out front was a great and cheap way to get downtown. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting pamplona.

The mini fridge wasn't cold..so we lost some deli meat/yogurt we bought. But not a big deal.

Quiet room. Breakfast was good and worth paying for. Secure parking available which we didn't know before so parked in the road as the car park was full outside the hotel. When we discovered underground parking we paid for this to secure our vehicle overnight, it's worth paying for if you have valuables in the car and bikes on the back like us. Good bed, bathroom clean but a little tired.

The room allocated had the smell of cigarette smoke. A new room was quickly allocated by a helpful receptionist which was much better. The room was quite dark, the bulbs in the room were not all working as very low voltage so in the evening it was hard to see to unpack.

Very clean, tidy and excellent staff. We travelled on motorcycles and were instantly offered secure parking under the hotel. Food in restaurant was good too.

It was the most expensive hotel across the whole trip, but this was probably down to the Bull Festival 'tax' as this festival was on at the time we stayed. We did not participate in this in anyway though.

Comfortable and clean rooms, well appointed. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Great breakfast. Very convenient location: bus 10 stops in the same corner to take you to Pamplona and back. Free parking, although the lot was always pretty packed. Good value.

Didn't want to be in the city centre so location just of the Motorway was perfect for me. Room was a good size, nice shower & good Spanish food in the cafe.

Definitely partly my fault, should have been more careful But so many hotels in France are pet friendly This one isn't! But they don't state anywhere that pets aren't allowed🤷🏻‍♂️ Please state clearly on your website PETS NOT ALLOWED...I wasn't the 1st to make this mistake AND I lost €100 as I had to book my friend into another hotel & Andia wouldn't refund my money 😥

Excellent location, with bus route to Barcelona centre, literally outside the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Food and drinks were very good, and very reasonably priced, for a 4 Star Hotel. I would definitely recommend, and we are very likely to return.

Very welcoming, clean hotel that caters well for families. Breakfast was extremely good value for money.

Bathrooms could do with updating as they are quite dated with the showers quite small. Lighting in the underground car park could be better.

Nice room, nice hotel. Underground parking for my motorbike, but extra cost. Cafeteria was good

Restaurant is closed in evenings. Booking.com are not good at getting that info correct. But "cafeteria", more like a restaurant, had a good menu and good vibes.
