The apartment was in a really nice location with terrace facing the city so great view. Being top floor was great. The room sizes were more than adequate. The Garcia area was very relaxing to walk around with lots of shops, restaurants etc on our doorstep, and only minutes away from more major streets. It was also very quiet with very little noise from neighbours. Although we didn't really need it in October, having aircon was a plus, and certainly would be in the summer.

Having to collect the keys from over 2km away was the big downside as we had luggage and then had to walk, having had to release our taxi where we got the keys. Providing a means of access close to the apartment would have made big difference. There were keyboxes in the stair, so the access cards could have been left there for us to collect. The only slight cleanliness issue was with the shower, which both had a slightly damaged runner on the door and the seals and grout needed renewing, but otherwise the cleaner had done a good job.

We had to pick up our keys on another location and receptionist were extremely polite, clean apartment, well equipped, two bathrooms

Absolutely everything could be heard from the apartment on the upper floor, guests that used the building's staircase were very noisy even during the night and early morning, the receptionist assured us during check-out that the price of Uber was the same as the price of a taxi that he could call for us, but later we found out that they also take a commission that way, and therefore the price was much higher than if we had organized the transfer to the airport ourselves so call the uber and it will be much cheaper

A super nice basecamp for our stay. The building appears to be owned by a hotel chain and the room was really nice. There are some good restaurants nearby and we enjoyed the daily walk to places like the Gothic District. Nice to have separate rooms for parents and kids. Washing machine was a plus. Kitchen was serviceable, but felt a bit like college if you really want to cook. Fridge was super nice, building was reasonably quiet.

We were unable to register in advance due to some problem on our end with the computer. We stopped in a taxi to pick up the keys at a different office. Overall it was not that difficult, but would have been easier if we could have gone direct. The person that helped us was super friendly and helpful. Response times by email were OK. It was lightly set up for cooking.

Traditional apartment building in a bustling residential neighbourhood. Very spacious with a balcony for each room.

Overall the furniture was a bit spartan. The sofa looks the part but isn't comfortable for a prolonged sit. Also the TV in the living room didn't work. The shower doors are a tight fit if you're a bit larger than average. I'm 6'2" and just squeezed in.

We had to go to an alternate location to pick up keys and check in/out. They held a $350 deposit in my credit card beyond the promised release period and I had to send a message to ask for it to be refunded. Be sure to read the contract because if you don’t put all the dishes in the dishwasher and take out the trash they charge an extra $75. We of course did this but they held the deposit into the following day. not cool

The property is located in the heart of the city and has good metro and bus connectivity. The apartment was clean, cosy, and comfortable

The checkin process wasnt smooth as the reception is not at the same location as the apartment which was a surprise. Although this was written to us in a message before but it was not highlighted enough and can be missed easily by anyone. The phone number listed on booking.com and elsewhere wasnt accurate which further added to our troubles.

The apartment was great! It was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The balcony was also nice and the place was spacious.

The air conditioner was not working properly, as it would not let us set it below 34°C. There was a heat wave, so it was particularly hot in the city during our stay. I reached out to the host about the issue and they did not respond.

Amazing location, the apartment was recently renovated. No big issues - it was the second time we stayed at this apartment and we'll likely come back.

The balcony was a bit too small. No coffee machine. The room with 2 single beds had its own bathroom, while the one with the double bed had none - had to use the one from the hallway (would be nice if this could be switched)

Apartment was generally good, save for all the broken bits. Locaction was superb.

Lots of broken bits in the apartment. Lamp shade was broken, sliding door to shower room didn't work, en suite shower door was broken, main shower didn't drain so we couldn't use it, latch and handle to rear door where the washer was was broken, curtains in bedroom were hanging off the railings in the corner, bedside shelf in large bedroom was broken. Then, I've been charged an extra £53 upon leaving. Why?

The property is well furnished and in good condition. Has everything you need for a short stay. Central AC is a life saver in the heat. The location is not central but we wanted it that way. The neighbourhood is calm and in a cute part of town. Bedsheets, bathrooms and kitchens were clean.

The check-in is in a different part of town. Self-check in is available but we had little time to follow up and they expect check-in 2 days in advance. Some parts of the apartment were less clean (sticky table, some dust on floors) but bedsheets, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean. We booked for 5 people, but had towels only for 4 people.
