Very good, clean and comfortable, the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and safe. It's not far from the bus stop. The subway will be a little farther, but it's acceptable. There are plenty of free roadside parking on the street Av.de Pearson, 1.5km northwest of the hotel. After parking, you can go back to the hotel by bus or walk for more than ten minutes.

The staff is really friendly and very professional! The Hotel had a very modern stylish touch. There was also a Balkone in my Room. It's good connected to the metro and buses.

No USB ports at the sockets, but this is not a big deal. Breakfast ist not a buffet, but this is normal for Spain.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were polite and friendly. The neighborhood was lovely—quiet, safe, and pleasant to walk around. Even though we visited during peak tourist season, there were surprisingly few tourists around. It was just a short walk to both the bus and metro, as well as a great shopping center nearby. We would definitely love to come back!

The beds were a bit firm for our taste, and the door to the hallway was quite thin, making it easy to hear noise from outside. Fortunately, the other guests were very quiet, so it wasn’t much of an issue.

Room was great, clean and comfortable. We liked that the single bed in our 3 person room had its own TV and was separated from the rest of the room by a door. Location was good, near to metro, tram, and bus stops, as well as several food options and supermarkets. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, both at reception and at the bar. When we came back to collect our bags we were in a rush as we were very late for our train, and the receptionist was great and helped me carry our suitcases to the taxi outside. This was also one of the more affordable hotel options available at the time we travelled and we found it to be great value. We definitely recommend staying here!

Unfortunately it is quite far from the city centre, it took us about 30 minutes to get to most places by bus/metro and walking. This isn't too bad, but if you want to be able to return to the hotel multiple times during the day it can take quite a lot of time.

The hotel is located near a subway station and many bus stops, it was very easy to reach from the airport and to use public transports to visit the city. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The room was really comfy. The staff was perfect. The restaurant was excellent. I'd recommend the Ibérico Ham Croquette, the Octopus w/ Potatoes & Chorizo Pepper Cream and the astonishing Cheesecake.

There was construction work in progress in a building right next to the hotel, so it was noisy in the morning. Fortunately, the staff managed to get us a better located room.

We really liked the location, just steps from the Palau Reial and in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. Loads of good restaurants in the neighborhood to choose from. The room was quite spacious, very clean and very well equipped. The staff were lovely and kind. The restaurant served good food, and the breakfast was very good value for money - particularly if one shared a single breakfast, which was plenty.

It’s no fault of the hotel and this is a fairly minor complaint, but there was construction going on next door during our stay and it was quite noisy when the workers started up. We did have our window open, but the room was quite well insulated when the window was closed and we like fresh air.

The gentleman that was present at the Front Desk was genuinely accommodating and supportive. I appreciated him acknowledging my momentary hesitation managing our luggage (I had to change hotels by myself midday with plenty of garment bags, rucksacks, etc. ) and provided timely assistance on two occasions, both times before I even thought about asking. Just nice timely little gestures without feeling the weight of being served, which enhanced our interaction from standard service to a great moment.

This was no doubt and excellent hotel! Let's start with the location which was very good in a very nice and calm neighborhood, very close to the metro station and with lots of restaurants- bars and super markets nearby. The facilities of the hotel were also great, specially the fitness room which was very well equipped and in excellent conditions, also the rooms were very nice and extremely comfortable and the bathroom with great amenities plus nice hot running water in the shower. Finally the staff were also very nice and really helpful all the time.

We really enjoyed our stay! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, located a bit outside the city center — which we actually saw as a big plus, as it allowed us to rest and escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Public transport connections to the center are very good, so getting around was easy. In the evenings, it was calm and silent, and we slept very well. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming.
