The location of the hotel was great, close to bars and restaurants and 15 mins walk to the beach. The were friendly, the breakfast was nice (nothing fancy but nice!) and the terrace was nice to eat on, and the rooms were very clean, with AC. Accessing the hotel was great, just needed a code for the main door and the same for room doors.

The online check in process was a little annoying, we were 4 guests and we needed to provide, name, addresses, passport information, contact details, photos of ID/passports....it was a lot of work.

It was close to the city centre and not far from the beach. The room was tidy, and the breakfast was good. There was a fan, towels, and other hygiene items provided, so you don’t need to bring your own. My room had a balcony with a nice view of the street. The air conditioning worked well, so it was comfortable and not hot.

Everything. I travel a lot on business and this hotel manages everything excellently. It is a new building which is very tastefully designed and decorated with an excellent air conditioning system. The room and bathroom facilities are top standard and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also spacious. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and there is always someone there to make sure you can have anything else you might need. Great location too near the town centre but still quiet. The beach is at walking distance.

Great facilities nice and modern. We were allocated adjoining rooms with our sons which was very considerate. The staff were very helpful and ours rooms were cleaned to a high standard everyday while we were having breakfast. Continenal Breakfast included and provided a wide range of juices fruits cold meats and pastries. Would definitely stay again.

Just missing a balcony will be sure to request next time as outside space to dry clothes would be useful.

The breakfast could have included some more variety. An hour before breakfast was over a lot of the food was already gone and many time it wasn't refilled.

The place is in the very center of the town with all the best restaurants and bars right next to it.

The downside is that there's no private parking, and sometimes it was very hard to find a spot not far from the hotel.

It is centrally located and an easy process to check-in.

The AC was not comfortable and hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

We stayed at the Sunna hotel for 5 nights for the Benicassim festival. We were very impressed with the hotel, it is as beautiful (if not more beautiful) than the photos! It is so clean and modern. The staff are lovely, friendly and very welcoming. The room was perfect, everything was spotless when we arrived. Some may say it was potentially a little small and the storage was limited but it was ideal for us and our stay! The location is close to some little restaurants/hidden gems in the town and is about a 10 minute walk away from the beach with a large supermarket on the way. Having breakfast on the terrace was a complete bonus and felt like a little bit of luxury, such a beautiful view of the mountains and surrounding town. The options for breakfast were perhaps a little limited but still a nice start to the day included in the price for us. We absolutely loved our stay here - one of our favourite hotels we have stayed in (and we’ve stayed in plenty). We will 100% be returning if we ever come back to Benicassim which we are definitely hoping to! We also loved the online check in where you get sent a code for both the reception door and for the room, we didn’t have to worry at all about getting there late at night as we had the code to enter - such a great idea! Also shout out to the lovely gentleman who helps with breakfast (not sure if he is the owner), so pleasant and helpful with anything you need - even lent us a knife to allow us to make our own sandwiches with no questions asked. And to the lovely lady on reception, always says hello and is very pleasant too. Thank you so much to all of the staff at the hotel, you really did make our stay a special one and we felt it was great value for money. Hopefully see you again in the future!

The location was perfect, staff were really friendly, rooms were clean and fresh, great value for money beach a 10 minute walk but worth it and would highly recommend and we will be returning.
