Great hotel a short drive out of Pamplona. We found the hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, very historic with wonderful old tiled floors and stylish decor. After visiting Pamplona it was wonderful to sit in the courtyard and enjoy a drink. The hotel was very busy and is very popular with dog owners. We booked the spa which has an additional charge and it was great - steam, sauna and jacuzzi - very relaxing. Breakfast was wonderful, the fresh orange juice is fabulous. We loved this hotel and would highly recommend.

Beautiful old building, friendly staff, spacious rooms. This hotel works very well if you are travelling through Spain and are looking for a good value place to stop and is very dog friendly. It is not so great for a long stay as you need to drive or get a taxi into Pamplona as the hotel is situated on a busy road within a very industrial area which is approx 10 min drive into the city. Patricia, Taras and Raquell all deserve a mention for excellent friendly service.

The location was off a very busy road which was very noisy with the windows open. The spa pool was a large jacuzzi which was a bit dated. The soundproofing in the bedrooms was poor. There was complementary water and 2 sachets of coffee in the room on day one but these were not replaced daily, we were told that we would need to buy coffees and water from the bar if we needed anymore which didn’t match the other 4 star hotels we stayed in on this holiday. On the second day of our six night stay the hand soap was removed from the bathroom and not replaced until we asked for more soap which added to the impression that the hotel is geared up for short stays rather than week long holidays.

The easy access from the motorway was the reason we chose the hotel. The general welcoming ambience of both the building and staff is a nice experience. The quality of the restaurant food is excellent and the choice at breakfast is outstanding, with something for all tastes. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and the public areas around reception are also spacious and relaxing.

We stayed here the month before on our way South and were given menus to select our dinner options. This time, they had adopted the Q code system, like a lot of places in Spain, which required getting out my smart phone. I'm an old fashioned guy and prefer the opportunity to salivate over the menu while making my choice, I prefer a menu in my hand and leave the germ ridden smart phone off the table... but maybe that's just me.

Stayed here many times as we travel from the UK and then always on the way back - enjoy breakfast and dinner since we can use the overflow dining area with our doggies. Always nice to chat with other travellers. A source of much information between fellow dog lovers. Staff are very friendly and genuine and for the meals - always happy to provide you with everything you need cooking eggs , pastries etc. Buffet breakfast looks great and is great to use.

the doggie park always has longish grass and the gate very tricky to close. All minor really.

Fabulous place, some steps to get into the hotel and a few ups and down staircases also, but room was immaculate, some water in the room and mini fridge. Elaina the receptionist was so helpful, gave me an apple haha, she also said that it was ok to at breakfast take some food for lunch that day....amazing . The bathroom was fabulous, hair dryer, great shower ( with excellent drainage). Upon leaving after having an amazing breakfast of orange juice, yoghurt with added seeds, bacon eggs sausage and tomatoes, then pastries.....fantastic. I was given a bag with water and another apple.... so kind. Totally 100% recommendation from me.( solo traveller aged 75)

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. I had driven over 2 hours towards Calais when I realised I had forgotten my dog’s paperwork for travel to the UK in the room. I had to turn around and drive back and collect it adding 5 hours to a 10.5 hour journey. The thoughtful reception girls gave me and my son a bag with 2 bottles of water each and two beautiful shiny red apples. Sometimes little things can make a bad situation feel a whole lot better. I will be back next year on my way to Mojacar where I have a little holiday home. Thank you x

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was beautiful inside and out. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and well worth the money. Normally when you travel with a dog you are treated like second class citizens AND have to pay extra for the pleasure. In this case I didn't begrudge the extra charge as the treatment was exquisite. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return

Our stay was fantastic staff were wonderful, rooms are lovely, clean comfy bed and large. There was charging stations for even our outdated hire car Hybrid for free (never found another hotel with these during a month of driving round Spain). I’d definitely stay here again.

Just the shower over the bath but we soon found that’s normal in Spain. Bit awkward and Felt a bit unsafe. Older and less agile people might find this a hindrance. We have both had 4 full knee replacements between the 2 of us !

We have stayed in this hotel before and we will stay here again whenever the opportunity arises. It is on the outskirts of Pamplona and has lots of car spaces. There are new EV charge stations but due to a technical problem there were not connected when we were there. We did manage to charge our EV as the hotel has one or two existing chargers. Although the hotel is 10-15 minutes drive away from the centre of Pamplona that, in my opinion, is not a problem as Pamplona is not the most attractive of Spanish cities.

We had breakfast in the hotel and it was very good but we drove into Pamplona for our evening meal as the dining area is open plan and well lit and as such would not be the best location for a quiet dinner.

Beautiful hotel in stunning surroundings. Free parking outside. The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well.

The shower in our room was broken and the water just dribbled out, so we couldn't get a good shower after being in the car for hours in 40°C temperatures, which was unfortunate. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were stone cold and the sausages were very overcooked. You couldn't stick a fork in them as they were too hard.
