Perfect location, beach and shops near by. Great food. Parking .

We had meals included but still had to pay for drinks ( even water) at luch and dinner. Meal time too late- we had lunch 2-3pm and dinner 9-10pm. Rooms quite old fashioned. No music in the bar in the evening. Not much entertaiment in the hotel in the evenings. Family room is quite small . Not ideal 3 beds next to each other.

Best value for money, definitely. Very close to the beach (2-3 minutes walking), but also nice indoor and outdoor pools available so you can choose what you want. Great food (we paid for breakfast, but on check-in they said we also get dinner!). Some of the facilities seem to be a bit older, but very clean and in good shape. There is daily and evening entertainment for children and adults as well (we were with a 8 year old and a 5 year old, and they loved it there). WiFi was ok, it was losing signal here and there, but we bought a cheap SIM card with a lot of data so it wasn't needed. I felt parking was a bit expensive for me (17€ a day), so I parked on the streets nearby (6€ daily, and if you pay in advance for several days it gets a lot cheaper). City is nice, and there are cool things to do and see around the Costa brava area. With a car, it takes about an hour to Barcelona, people say there are trains and buses, we didn't use them so I can't say. The room is a little basic, but we spent very little time in it so it is irrelevant, it was cleaned thoroughly and daily. Bathroom is nice, terrace too. There is no mini fridge in the room, some people might find that info useful.

Too many food options, gained weight during the stay! :)

The food was unbelivable fine, simply delicious and plentiful. The room was clear and comfortable with the balcon. The pool was clear with enough sunbed.

There was no refrigerator in the room. In the bar baceme the coffe frappe day by day more expensive. We had to pay at first time 7.40 EUR, next day 8 and last one 10 EUR. Every time We went to the restaurant, the staff wanted to sit down to a different place, but we wanted to sit at the same table for 2 people every day.

A nice hotel if you need a quiet vacation and don't want to think about the meals. The food was good, especially the dinners (every day, there was a different theme/cuisine), the location is perfect, very close to the beach. The facilities are a bit older but well maintained so we lacked nothing in this regard. The rooms were well furnished and pretty quiet.

Not much. Maybe some more variety/quality for breakfasts but it's a minor thing.

The staff were always helpful and kind, the buffets were incredible and the food super good with lots of variety, and the balconies of our rooms had great views

The hotel's infrastructure should be renovated, some areas of the hotel looked a bit run-down and out of date for a 4-star hotel. There were 3 of us in one of the rooms but the staff regularly forgot to put 3 towels in the room.

Location was close to the beach, food was nice

The evening entertainment was pretty non existent just a DJ one night and nothing the next 2 nights

The hotel was just what I expected and more. The hotel staff was kind and helped me to stay at the hotel easily. The location was very close to the beach so I could enjoy too.

For the business purpose short stay, it was good enough. I could not see any of the improvement points. Easy to park, good food, good bar to haung around, etc.

We had an excellent experience at Blaucel. The staff were very friendly, the food was excellent, well varied and themed. The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and big enough for everyone. The animation team provided good entertainment, particularly liked the Flamenco and Magic Night. The beach is a 3-5 min walk. It was not overcrowded (end of August). On our the last day, we were given picnic lunch boxes, very thoughtful.

Perhaps, the lifts need to be improved.

Hotel staff was amazingly friendly throughout! Great atmosphere! Large buffet! Kids friendly! They even giftend us full board though we had originally only ordered breakfast and dinner.

The staff were amazing, especially the restaurant staff who helped me choose meals according to my dietary requirements. We enjoyed using the facilities across both hotels too!
