I've just spent a very enjoyable 10 nights here. For the price paid, this is a great value hotel in a very central location. My room and bathroom were serviced every day and were kept spotless. The decor and furnishings are all modern and comfortable. My room overlooked the pretty Plaza San Francisco with it's orange trees and great restaurants. The inclusive breakfast was simple but ample and can be eaten outside in warmer weather. All the staff I encountered were super friendly. A great stay and I'm happy to recommend it.

The only minor issue would be that the rooms overlooking the square aren't the quietest. If you're a light sleeper, you should request a room away from the square.

Very centrally located hotel with rooms looking onto square with orange trees and cafes. Staff were very helpful with directions/ suggestions..Room was spacious and clean. It was nice one could sit outside for coffee.

When I entered the bar /cafe for breakfast, the two ladies serving didn't react at all to my presence .They were making up orders for guests sitting outside and discussing same. I was not informed that there was a separate buffet breakfast room behind the bar area for guests. When I found this room there were no cups or plates or cutlery there.I entered bar /cafe again and asked for cutlery and a cup/ plate etc I was given a mug and shown how to operate the coffee machine.The coffee was really good but the rest of the breakfast on offer was very very limited..it would be more advisable to book room only leaving the option re breakfast.

Great location . Nice big hotel with bar and in a square with other outdoor bars and seating . Very close to all major attractions . Room was very big and bright with a balcony and door I could open to look out on to the square below . Had a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities which was very nice , also a safe . Bathroom was a good size , looked very new to me . Had toiletries and very good shower . Step into bath tub shower . Plenty of towels . The tv had an English speaking news channel which was good .

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, with everything you need just a short walk away. The room is fantastic, offering great natural light and a spotless, modern ambiance that makes you feel right at home. Everything looks brand new, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The coffee served at breakfast is quite disappointing and doesn't meet expectations. It would be a great improvement if you could offer a high-quality coffee instead of the current torrefacto variety. A better coffee selection would definitely enhance the overall experience for guests.

Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had room with a terrace and that was a bonus as we could sit outside and had a view over the square. The hotel is centrally located so all that Cadiz offers is close at hand. There was a fridge in the room so we could keep some drinks cool. Buffet breakfast was included in our booking, and was fine, with good choice. We parked at San Antonio square which is a short walk from the hotel but worth the 20 euros for the day for convenience. This was our second stay at the hotel and would definitely stay here again when visiting Cadiz.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful square, handy for everywhere. It was the perfect location. It had an air of luxury, especially the very comfortable drawing room. The price was really reasonable too. There was a very helpful member of staff who found a phone adaptor for us....which we were able to use for the duration of our stay. We would certainly be happy to recommend this hotel and, in fact, to come again.

We were expecting more from the bar, which was often closed and also lacked atmosphere.

Very good sized room with comfortable twin beds. Kettle and fridge supplied so tea making possible (we brought our own tea bags). Very good shower in small internal bathroom. We asked for a quiet room (407) and it certainly was. Couldn’t hear a sound from often lively and charming piazza outside. Very good value 3 star hotel.

Room too hot at night as at the top of building and only small window on to internal courtyard. A/C not yet turned on (mid-March). Bath towels too small. Breakfast in downstairs cafe not of great quality But acceptable. They got used to us asking for cold milk to go in our tea. Receptionists cool in manner but all other staff lovely. Would recommend and stay again.

Central location in old town. Good value hotel. Basic and quiet rooms, but en-suite with bathtub (bonus these days). Allow the storage of bikes overnight next to Reception.

Difficult to get to by car, particularly to get luggage from car parks/public transport which applies to most hotels in the old town. The attached hotel bar food is not the best. Plenty of competition in area. Helpful/friendly staff. Adjoining square is constantly, during the day, filled with tourist groups and can be noisy.

We stayed at the Hotel de Francía y Paris for our first trip to Cádiz. We wanted to be in a central location, and this hotel was perfect. It's easily walkable to the entire old part of the city, it's situated on a gorgeous plaza with many restaurants. Our room had a beautiful view, and we thought it was the perfect place to stay for our weekend.

The hotel is situated in lovely little square surrounded by bars & restaurants which seemed popular with locals and tourists alike. The room was very clean, modern and well fitted. We had the bonus of a spacious terrace with views of the rooftops of the historic old town. which was the icing on the cake. We were told in advance of the traffic camera's on entering the square as it is a restricted traffic zone. Check-in and unloading are allowed if arriving by car, (Inform Reception of Registration) parking is a 5 minute walk away.
