Location, a very sympathetically restored historic building. Great location and our duplex apartment was vey spacious. Lovely rooftop pool. A faulty kettle was replaced very quickly. Very comfortable bed.

No shade on our rooms roof terrace. Washing machine in the laundry needs replacing. Our sun terrace appeared a little stark and lacked decoration and wasn’t cleaned even though there was plenty of bird life. Mentioned a faulty bedside light on day 1 and it wasn’t fixed during our 5 day stay. We weren’t sure about the frosted glass bathroom within the bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tandem Torres de Cádiz Suites. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Cathedral and also very convenient if you're arriving by train or bus. The apartment was well-equipped, clean, elegant, and exactly as described and shown in the photos on Booking.com. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always smiling and ready to help with recommendations on what to see and do in Cádiz. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

There was really nothing we didn’t like. The location fully met our expectations. We only wish we could have stayed a few more days in this wonderful place!

Great location in the old town, lovely old building, plenty of space and comfortable. The duplex apartment had double bedrooms with large beds upstairs, then a sofa-bed in the living area downstairs. The sofa-bed was a large double with a proper mattress and was very comfortable, my teenage son was delighted! Being able to use the washing machine and dryer on the 1st floor without additional charge was great and very helpful.

The rooftop pool is lovely but small and quite shallow - it was good for a dip but not for a proper swim.

The rooftop terrace and pool were great. The location in the old town was ideal and didn’t hear any noise at all from the outside other than a barking dog and we were facing onto the street. Nice decor. Secure entry with pin pad for entrance and room door. It was nice not having to carry a key or room card at all. Bed was massive. Receptionist booked us a taxi to get to the airport.

There was a slight smell of sewage in the property but nothing unbearable. The TV had no signal but that didn’t overly bother us as we wouldn’t have watched it anyway. Pillows needed to be thinner for our liking, the ones provided were far too thick for us but that’s subjective and hurt our necks.

The location is excellent and very easy. Really easy to get to. Beautiful high ceilings. Extremely modern doors and double glazed windows and dark shutters. Such a huge bed with exceptionally beautiful linen. Superb bathroom. Very big apartment with fabulous rooftop pool. Stunning foyer and original decor. Exceptionally helpful multilingual staff. Couldn’t rate this property highly. Excellent value and a beautiful place to stay in Cadiz.

It was all so very well run, clean and perfect. There was a slight glitch with one of the digital door locks but quickly and happily sorted out. It really is a superb apartment with fantastic facilities.

Centrally located Apartment/Hotel with lots of character. Our room (25) was bigger than your average hotel room, so enjoyed having the extra space. It had a small kitchenette but no kettle or coffee pod machine. The room was extremely clean but every now and again you would get a very bad smell in the room, I think they might have had some plumbing issues. The shower was spacious but it was hard to get the right temperature set, it went from hot to cold to hot again continuously.

The location is excellent. It was very easy to locate from our arrival at the train station and it is in the old centre of Cadiz close to and within walking distance of everything and everywhere you would want to see. The building is very beautiful and has been very sensitively restored with excellent modern furnishings and fittings. Our apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and very comfortable. The pool is fantastic! Wonderful views and plenty of space in the sun or shade. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend Tandem Torres Cadiz.

The reception team were easy to get in touch with a very fast at replying to emails. They provided the check in code before arrival once the damage deposit had been paid. Apartment was very clean and in a great location for exploring Cadiz. Very quiet place as well. Staff were very friendly, though were not always on site. Terrace at the top of the building is nice and the pool area looks nice. Would stay at a Tandem property again.

The day before check in, I inquired if we could drop our luggage at the property before the alloted check in time. While this was unavailable, we were able to check in early on the day since the room was ready, which helped a lot. Slight odour when the bathroom window was open, which has been mentioned in previous reviews. Pool was not cleaned while we were there - this may have been because it was off season, but since it wasn't cleaned we didn't go swimming.

Very modern and clean. Great roof top pool and solarium. Staff very friendly. All communication was clear and helpful for arrival. Great location too.

Towels were replenished regularly but beds not changed all week. Also no bin liners or washing up liquid in kitchen which is standard in other places of similar type. Little touches like this make the difference especially considering the price point. But these are minor things in otherwise very good accommodation.

Very spacious apartment in a beautiful old building. Very clean and modern

There was some problem in using the coded access to open the apartment door as it had to be done so quickly. It was kindly changed to another code so it was quicker to do but on the next afternoon the code did not work at all and it took a few phone calls waiting on the step to get it sorted out. There was no tourist information at all in the apartment which was meant a trip to the tourist information office.
