This was, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect; the hotel is built on the cliffside so it has a spectacular view of the Cala Llonga beach along with quick access to the beach. Their food options are delicious and varied; you can pick between western, Mediterranean, Japanese and Mexican food. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and luxurious. The best thing about the hotel was the service. I have been staying in 5 star hotels around the world for decades and I have never met staff that are so friendly and enthusiastic. They go out of their way to help you, you can have a great conversation with them and they are especially adept at being able to interact with different types of clientele. No cent/penny will be wasted at this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in Cala Llonga so great beach and 4 pools to swim in. Excellent breakfast (with lovely staff). It is much quieter at breakfast than at the sister hotel Hyde next door. Great choice of restaurants nearby (we loved Nami) and shops to get milk and water etc. Lovely well appointed rooms and bathrooms with balconies. We would definitely go back.

The pool area could be cleaner, we noticed there was rubbish down the back of some of the sunloungers. Also there is not enough sunloungers around the Mondrian pool. The hotel's Japanese restaurant advertises a children's menu on the website that doesn't exist which was very annoying as we had to take the younger children out for pizza after dinner as they did not like the sushi.

This is a spacious, well designed 5 star hotel with possibly the best service ever and amenities for babies / children and adults alike. The location is prime. The breakfast on the terrace is world-class with views of the bay. With all these great aspects, I will still single out the staff as the standout differentiator that made our long weekend truly memorable.

Such a dreamy hotel / spot. Bedroom super roomy and comfortable. Very aesthetically pleasing! Staff and service outstanding - friendly and professional. Really varied restaurants - all delicious and very generous selection for breakfast. All super fresh. Plenty of space around pool area and choice of beds depending on what day you’re looking for (lively / chilled with a good book). The food / drinks and staff at pool are also brilliant. Great quiet spot on the island, beach access a few steps away and regular stop for various boat / Ferry routes up to Ibiza Town, Santa Eulalia and Formentera.

Honestly, wouldn’t have commented unless asked but if I had to give a suggestion I would say updated lifts / more lifts in hotel. Sometimes a bit of a wait when called and very busy. I personally found the humour in it, but I can understand why people could get frustrated.

It’s beautiful! The pool area and access to beach it’s great! Although the beach beds are at an additional charge which we thought would be included in the hotel. The bar area and cafe on site are beautifully designed, the bedrooms are cute too with a lot of space

I think holding the beach beds for minimum spend should only apply to the cabanas not the beach beds! We came down one day to sunbathe and all the beds were empty because the minimum spend was too high but they wouldn’t let anyone sit anyway so the vibe at the pool was a bit dead

I just loved our stay at the Mondrian Ibiza. The room, facilities, location and team were all amazing! Very modern facilities and if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, this is your place!

Our first room was warm. The A/C wasnt working well and we did spend one night in discomfort. The GM really helped us out and was able to change our room to one that was much better. This was very generous of them

We didn’t try the breakfast. It was extremely expensive and in the other hotel HYDE. 42 euro per person.

The hotel is located in a stunning cove. Great small beach with easy access from the hotel. The hotel has a lively pool and great pool staff - especially the lady who sorts out the sun loungers! The hotel also has a stunning bar terrace overlooking the sea. Great selection of drinks and food.

Not much. Staff are excellent and very accommodating. If anything - the rooms could be cooler.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The breakfast was very good, and we liked having tapas on the terrace. Lunch at the pool bar was also nice – not too keen on the plastic glasses, but it made sense around the pool area. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. The pool area was pleasant and there are some good walks nearby too. All in all, a very enjoyable short break.
