The hotel is located directly at the Son Moll beach, the view from the room and from the terrace (breakfast & dinner) is breathtaking! Breakfast was very good, with lots of options (for example Crêpes every day), fresh fruits and very good coffee. Breakfast was until 10, but I heard they will change it to 10:30. Also there's a new indoor wellness area, with a small heated pool, jacuzzi and a nice sauna. Personnel was also very friendly and helpful. 😊 I didn't want my holiday to end, I will for sure return again.

The furniture and the door makes noise (bathroom door) and you can hear this noise from other rooms. They could put pads under the chairs to prevent this noise.

Great food and selection. The breakfasts were great and there is something for everyone. Themed dinners were nice. I would just appreciate basic drinks included. The staff was helpful and I have to highlight the tranquility and absolute cleanliness.

Squeaky beds and he wasn't very willing to deal with it. I had a late arrival and was informed in advance that I should get a cold dinner, unfortunately I was not offered anything at the reception, neither was my wife when she arrived, so we paid for one dinner extra

I stayed at hotel Na Forana for two weeks in the first half of july. The main impression I have got, is that the price quality ratio is very positive. The highlights of the hotel are: The location- it is on the beach; so if u d like to start your day by having a breakfast or finish it by having a dinner just in front of the sea, watching, smelling or listening it, this hotel is the perfect place. On the other hand, its very close to bus & mini-train station and to plenty of bars, cafes and shops; The restaurant - I recommend everyone to consider half-board because the dinner (variety of food and taste) is worth it; the room was pretty large and the bed was excellent. The hotel (like the whole area) is mostly visited by german tourists (white socks & flip-flops everywhere hehe) but many other nationatilites were to see, which i liked as well. Special thanks to the Manager Arturo, Pedro the animator, Carmen and the rest of the restaurant-team, they really were super friendly, professional and made me feel like at home.

The few things I d suggest to change would be: The Internet (most of the time the connection in the room was not that good), the opening times and duration of breakfast/dinner- could be a bit longer, especially between 08-09h can be pretty crowded; the gym- more equipment and more space is necessary, some light on the path between the hotel and the beach during the night would be fine, because its in total darkness. I m happy I had the experience to be the guest of Na Forana and I m looking forward to coming back there again!

I stayed in Hotel Na Forana for 9 nights. Front beach hotel with direct access that also features a nice swimming pool with sea views, indoor pool and spa, and a gym. They also count on two bars with lovely and professional staff. Very convenient location. Great and calm area, perfect to relax but also a short walk from Cala Ratjada vivid nightlife. Special shout out to Arturo, the director of the hotel, who showed me entire availability to help me make my stay as comfortable as possible. Also Marta, my room cleaner, was absolutely lovely. Pepe great bar staff, very friendly and respectful and Pedro a very fun entertainer! Definitely coming back next summer.

The location is great (directly at the beach and near to the center), the pool is nice, the food was good, but especially it is really customer-service oriented managed. There was an overbooking issue with our reservation where the Hotel sent an e-mail on the day of check-in that they cannot accomodate us, which we hadn't seen on time as travelling during the day. Nevertheless, it got solved by Arturo, the Hotel Manager until the evening, so we could stay from the first night onwards. For the inconvenience we got a room up-grade and a dinner for free, which I really appreciate. Not a typical customer service that you would find everywhere in Spain. Thx again Arturo!

Not all of the guest know to behave on a breakfast buffet, but nothing the Hotel is responsible for or can change :-).

The hotel is perfectly situated on the beach, stunning views from the sea view room. Breakfast was lovely - so much variety and so many options which are replenished efficiently. The staff were lovely and welcoming. Beds were comfy (pillows a tiny bit lumpy), excellent shower pressure.

The only thing we didn't like was that there was loud evening entertainment every night until midnight which meant we were forced to stay awake until then listening to karaoke... but once that had finished, it was very quiet. Worth sucking up the karaoke for the morning views!

Amazing view. Great breakfast and dinner. Lovely people at the reception. Good communication.

Wifi was not working on the 4th floor. AC was very loud. We arrived in the afternoon and after a long travel we wanted to chill a bit with a couple of drinks at the bar downstairs. However the staff was so so sooo rude with me and my sister that we immediately regretted this choice. Shame on those guys who work there. They really made a bad first impression on the hotel itself. But then we had a good time by avoiding the bar.

BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING MUCH TO CHOOSE FRESH EVERY DAY. The hotel was right on the beach in a quiet cove Lovely big pool and also spa and nice pool..Dinner was also good,, Great service from reception restaurant excellent . The manager was very nice and polite,, Quiet at night ,big bedroom bed was good big bathroom, clean.

The man playing music at the pool had no idea about nice music it was horrible what he played.

Breakfast was good enough for what we paid for the accommodation. A little repetitive and bland at times.

The pool area was very small for the size of the hotel and the sunbeds were all taken by 8.30am. The beach is directly in front of the hotel which is great but you have to pay 20 euros per day for two sunbeds!

Amazing stay! The hotel has a perfect location, clean and comforable. It is just a few minutes away from the town center and shops. The hotel is by the sea, just a few steps away from it. Special mention to Fructuoso at the reception who was great to us and always there to help! Also Rafael at the bar was really nice to us. I highly recommend it! We will be back :)
