Great location to the beach, shops and bars.

We had a small table in our room the day we arrived then it was removed without ref or reason given. Also to be charged 2€ to change the towels was a bit cheeky given I was on an all inclusive deal.

I loved the room, big clean spacious comfortable.lovely fluffy towels, hairdryer great lighting mirrors hand soap shower products. I was travelling alone so wanted to be away from noise, I was in block 6 nice and peaceful, Plenty of seating around the pool, and pool area nice and clean and most importantly to me I felt secure.

I did B&B the food is just ok. There is fresh eggs omelette and bacon being cooked..Cooked food under lamps is just warm not hot. The tortilla was cold and salty. The potatoe cubes were hard , I tended to just go for toast fruit& cereal yogurt and scrambled eggs. Lots of pancakes also cold ..maybe a microwave handy to warm things up is possible. Coffee from the machine is bitter not to my liking The pastries were "damp" underneath like they were not defrosted properly Plenty of juices and water available cheeses and lots of varieties of bread and rolls. My big bugbear as being alone is if I left the table to get something my plate was taken...maybe a little card to place to say not finished, it happened to me 3 times in 5 days .

lovely hotel, fantastic design, close to the beach

been forced to know about what drinks includes in all inclusive and which doesn’t that seemed a bit like a joke and wouldn’t expect that in value for money .the availability of all inclusive drinks was also very poor.the other thing is been forced to pay deposit to get a key to the safe locker is another one . wherever we went before tens of other places in all sorts of best quality we always had free safe locker include and it was kind of obvious thing to me until I landed over there . the very last one is the beach towels has to be paid each 10 euros plus cleaning is also 2 euro.no offence but that’s unacceptable.

The food was tasty, the place was lovely, and everything was clean, from the rooms to the facilities. The swimming pools were well maintained, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The food was good overall, but on some days the choice was more limited compared to others. Evening entertainment could be improved, and on some days there was none at all, extending the hours would be appreciated. Additionally, the queue at the bar was too long; more staff would help to reduce waiting times. I had the all-inclusive package, but there was an additional 'premium inclusive' level, which came across as an unnecessary upsell and felt like an attempt to exploit guests. Also would be lovely if each room have coffee maker.

Spacious clean room....comfortable bed....powerful shower with constant temperature....Great central location...enough nightlife....resort had nice laid back vibe. Nice vegan options which made a change

Had to ask every day for vegan milk and sausages at breakfast. Saltwater swimming pools. Bar staff seemed tired and unreceptive sometimes in the evenings. Beach next door to the hotel, but wish I had brought canoe shoes as very rocky when low tide making it a bit painful to walk into sea. Didn't find any vegan deserts till day 5.

Unbeatable location right in front of a beautiful and calm public beach. Friendly staff (special thanks to Mari at the reception & buffet restaurant waiters), and good food at the buffet restaurant. Super comfortable beds as well & amazing paddle courts with beach views. Entertainment was good too, especially Chelsea Vox's show (what a pro!).

It's suffering from wear and tear and poor building standards in parts. Our standard room looked worn down already, for example, even though it seemed to have been renovated quite recently. Shower & toilet also super small and not exactly luxurious. Doors also poorly insulated so you hear everything that's happening in the hallways.

The Hotel was spotless and the buffet food was good considering the number of guests to cater for. The swimming pools were great and nice to be divided into a family pool and a quieter one. The bed was enormous and very comfortable and the room was well laid out and was cleaned every day.

Most of the staff were very pleasant but some management were not. There was no consistency to the rules, as one member of staff would tell you something then the next would say something different. There were also a lot of add-ons for things like the use of the Spa which was 20 Euros per day. Even the All-inclusive guests had to pay extra for certain named brands of liquor.

We went outside school term. The hotel was brilliant. Very well laid out, large pools. staff were very nice. Room cleaning was excellent. Beds were very big and comfortable. Cleaning staff were very friendly. Thermo Spa had nice treatments.. Poolside bar was really good. Pino Colada excellent. They used proper spirits and wine was very good. Beach was very clear water, soft sand. We were all inclusive and well looked after in a lovely enviroment. The hotel put on a lot of yoga, games and entertainment.

Plenty of food but a bit over-cooked and repetetive. We were asked for our opinion and a few couples agreed and gave simple suggestions. Bit more spicy food, warm pancakes, not cold, less cheap, enmasse pastries and desserts,maybe only one or two options instead which are more homemade. Less mass dried bread varieties, instead make it tasty and fresh, even if only 2 varieties. Chop the fresh fruit up and give greek yoghurt, not cheap runny stuff. Food definitely improved as the week went on. Really good that they asked. The staff were lovely but clearly run off their feet. They needed a decent nearby affordable accommodation block so staff are more easily recruited.

Breakfast and dinner were fine - the quality was not always great as expected in a buffet restaurant with so many guests - but the wine/coffee service in our section was very good and there was enough choice. We liked the pools, the easy parking, the friendly desk staff, the bed, the shower (good water pressure!) and the gym a lot.

The room was a bit narrow and we did not like the cramped shower/toilet unit very much. Also we found that there really was not enough space around the pools with all the beds and that one had to walk awfully close to many other people to get somewhere. We also thought the cavernous long, empty corridors and passages could do with some decoration/pimping - they were too bleak.

the facilities are amazing and so well worth the money. I'll deffo be back if I have the chance! the meals are really good with a variety of food and there will be options if you have restrictions as well. we got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon with a complimentary drink. everyday the cleaner left a couple of water bottle for us, loved it! there is a place for you to leave your clothes drying outside if you need.

I must say that the "beach front" is not as good as we were thinking. we didn't stay there as it was not worth, the water is strange and the parasol rent is expensive compared to better beaches. it was not a problem! but I haven't read any review about it and we were expecting to enjoy that beach too. so you will need a car - parking is free!
