A Perfect Beach Getaway with Exceptional Staff! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The beach is just a few steps away — clean, quiet, and perfect for swimming or relaxing. The views are stunning, and it truly feels like a little piece of paradise. But what really sets this place apart is the staff. Every single person we met was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They truly care about their guests and made us feel like part of a family. Whether we needed help with local recommendations or just a friendly chat, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place and would love to return!

The room was cleaned daily which was excellent with the sandy beaches. I was especially thankful for the breakfast/dinner in the hotel because the restaurants in the area were expensive and poor quality. The hotel food was affordable and delicious. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and hardworking. Hat's off to you all, thank you for a lovely experience.

I didn't like that it wasn't possible to bring a water bottle to dinner. One of the staff members made me return it to my room before eating, and I found his behavior quite rude. He was the ONLY member of the staff that was rude, everyone else was amazing. Water is normally complementary and especially after having been sitting in the sun all day, staying hydrated is important. This discouraged me from buying actual drinks at dinner, which I was planning to do even though I had my bottle of water.

Everything is great, I liked everything. Breakfasts and dinners are very tasty, a large selection, something different every day. The location is just wonderful, a couple of meters from the sea. The only nuance and minus is that there are no disposable slippers, after the sea and sand they would be useful, otherwise you will have to walk in sneakers in the room or in your slippers ( But everything else was great, we liked the location + hotel 👍👍

The location is awesome! The beach is in front of the hotel with direct view to the sea. I had breakfast, dinner there every day watching the sea. The personnel was very friendly, they spoke English and German. I would like to mention especially Pablo in the dining area, who was very very nice! Muchas gracias por todo Pablo!

The bathtub was not clean when I moved in. It had strange yellow marks on it, looked like shower gel or cleaning fluid that hasn't been removed. Everything else was clean.

Beautiful location right in the heart of everything, rooms are clean and spacious, bathroom clean, breakfast is amazing (dinner is also amazing if you are taking dinner&breakfast). Employees also professional and nice. Everything is perfect really, this 3* is better than some 4* we've been to, so keep up the good work!

The proximity to the beach is main reason I booked this hotel.

Not much of variety for breakfast. Everyday same thing. But it was tasty. Also cleaning lady cleaned our room despite the note on the door.

Good price for the location if relaxing on a mainstream beach is what you are going for. I liked the breakfast. The mattress is perfect but the bed base is a hard board so my back hurt a little in the morning but still ok.

Lovely position on seafront. Front of hotel mostly in shade so perfect for me an older lady as room didn't get too hot.

Towels not changed. Didn't realise you need to put in Bath if you need them changed.

Very friendly and good atmosphere in hotel. Beautifully situated.

There was nothing I didn't like except perhaps having to wait at bar during the day for staff to appear.

Our room was at the end of the house so we had a great view of the ocean and a part of the city. The beach is right in front of you and in the evening it’s not too noisy from any bars or restaurants (room: sea view, 4th floor). We only ate breakfast and it had everything you need and more! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge use your name when he speaks to you so you feel welcome right from the start. I already booked a room for next summer - I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The matresses were too soft. Can’t find anything else that so didn’t like.
