Quiet, central, and with the kind of charm you don’t find in chain hotels. The room was bright, spacious, and the bed felt like a small reward after the Camino miles. Bathroom was clean—could use a bit of updating, but it worked just fine. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. Warm, patient, and deeply considerate. Francisco, in particular, went out of his way to make me feel welcomed—like I was an old friend stopping by rather than just another guest. The hotel bar/café was a gem too. I sat there over a drink, chatting with locals as the day wound down. It’s the kind of place that doesn’t scream luxury but whispers hospitality, and that makes all the difference.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room and bathroom. Great location for exploring charming and historical Leon center. Friendly, helpful staff, and enjoyed morning coffee in the cafe/bar downstairs.

There was some early morning noise from the street square in front of the hotel due to holiday revelers and garbage pick up. Not the hotel’s fault, but windows would benefit from additional soundproofing. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise all great, see comments above.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. As much as you like. But most of all, everyone who works at the hotel is marvellous. Helpful and friendly. Special mention for Melissa who was at reception when I arrived and who went above and beyond to ensure that I knew lots of great places to experience in Leon. Made such a huge difference. If I visit Leon again I will absolutely book to stay here again (hopefully in room 203).

Great location and the staff were awesome, even working on the 6 & 7 of January. Room was comfortable enough and I had a huge continental breakfast and all the coffee I could drink. I could have had eggs too, but I'd already had enough to power me through the day!

Very trivial stuff, had to report a minor maintenance issue in the room and could have used a little more lighting perhaps.

The breakfast did not have many options. And for me, as a vegan, there were nothing but fruit and toast with marmalade. Very expected in Spain, but some places still accommodate by fixing something outside the buffet - not the case here, but that’s alright. We had an incident with the waterfall shower on the first day - it flooded the bathroom. The drainage is under dimensioned in relation to the giant shower head. We had to put towels all over the bathroom floor to soak it up, and used the smaller shower head for the rest of the stay.

Great location, in the middle of the city center, although in a generally quite area. I stayed here New Year's eve and there were a few of noisy people walking by, but did not keep me awake for long. The check-in process was smooth, and staff really friendly at the reception. The room had a great view on the square.

The water in the shower was draining a bit slow.

Room reasonable size and super clean. Comfy bed and great pillows. Lighting good. Power points and light switches by Ned Wifi stable and fast Shower brilliant. No noisy bathroom fan Air con but never needed it Great value for money. Highly recommend

the location was very good.. in the center of the town, close the mail places. The breakfast also was also good and with the right choice between sweet and salted. The Reception services were very good and professionals in task and support.

Only one thing... in the bathroom is not used to have the little "broom" for the wc...

My room was very clean and comfortable, receptionist welcoming, location very good and breakfast was delicious.

There was no hot water the second night I stayed. Distressing after a long day walking around Leon to have a cold shower.

Comfortable, friendly hotel in a great location in the old town. Very enjoyable menu del dia in the hotel restaurant.

Breakfast was apparently available on the Sunday morning, but we didn't try it as we'd already decided to have breakfast in a local café that had been recommended. The next morning at 8.15 we went down to have breakfast in the hotel before checking out, but there was no sign of breakfast being available, which was a bit disappointing, but not a problem.
