The rooms are spotless clean. I mean sterile. Good job and congrats for the maids. :-) The staff is professional and helpful. The location is also a plus. The room is on the small side but it is well structured and organized so it is large enough for two people. All in all a very nice place to stay.

The password for the wifi changes each day. Why??? I am from this field and there are many more ways to control internet access (if you want to) than changing the password each day. The breakfast is simply not worthy. There is only one type of cheese, and if you do not eat pork (as we did) you are very limited. No eggs or any other warm food. You can warm up a tost or potato pie and that is it. Pastries are dominant. But it seems this is a standard for Spain, not just this hotel. The rooms are spotless and the hotel too, but for some reason the tablecloths in the breakfast area often have short hairs on them - probably stuck during washing. You should take care of this. :-)

Very noisy air conditioning….unfortunately, for this reason only I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again.

We drove up to the front of hotel, checked in & dropped luggage, then drove a couple blocks away to Aparacamiento Plaza Mayor Cathedral and took the elevator right up to the Plaza Mayor. Expensive to park (€25/night), but there was a market at Arquitecto Ramón Cañas del Río 6 and we couldn’t park there. If you’re on camino, the location is very convenient to cathedral & seeing the town. Very clean hotel. Rooms smallish, but well organized for 2 people. Modern bathroom. 2 bottles of water in the room and a mini fridge if you need to store anything. Free tea, coffee and massage chairs in basement 11am-8pm. There is a €10 breakfast: meat, cheese, bread pastries, nothing hot. If you don’t buy it, wait to get tea or coffee until 11am.

We have been on the Camino for three weeks and this property was the very best so far. Upon check in, we were greeted with Korean cup ramen and two water bottles. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. This place looks brand new and it’s super clean. Our room had a fridge, plenty of towels and the bed was very comfortable. Downstairs in the recreation/common room, we could make coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. As guests, we were able to use their massage chairs for free. They also had a nice breakfast buffet for €8. The staff, Daniel, Ruth and Sebastian were all very accommodating. We were so happy to spend a “rest” day in this beautiful hotel. Highly recommend!

The hotel is really well located, just on the edge of the old town, less than 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral, but also just a 3 minute walk from a large, open air carpark that, outside of market days, is well-priced and a nice change from the tight parking spaces in some underground carparks. Additionally, we took the superior room on the top floor, from which our view of the cathedral was amazing.

We drove up in front of this and took the luggage in, then drove a couple blocks away to the public parking lot. I thought parking was free, so had to pay a ticket the next day, maybe 9 euro, but that is cheap for overnight parking. A young man at the parking lot explained to me how to pay the ticket and I thanked him and gave him 2 euro. I loved this hotel location, and walked at night down the main street in town. Loved it was modern. All around great.

Didn't like that the toilet area only had glass around it, no solid walls. No privacy when you're on the loo if you're travelling with your beloved! It was a comfy room but I wouldn't go back because of the lack of privacy when on the loo!

Very quite even though the excelent location just behind the cathedral. Clean and confortable rooms with new fornitures and modern decoration.

Breakfast buffet can be better, for the price it costs. Not easy to find a parking close the hotel ( be careul, as on the streets is resident only, and in the square closeby they put a street market)

Having stayed in dorm-style albergues while on the Camino, I can only say that this place was like heaven. Excellent location for visiting the major points of interest, with the added convenience of a laundromat nearby (Openblue La Serna). Bathroom amenities such as shampoo/shower liquid soap and a hair dryer much appreciated. There were bottles of water (gratis) in the room's small refrigerator. Streaming services such as Netflix an added plus!

Coming off the Camino and into this oasis of calm was very special. Loved my stay. Room was spectacular, as was the view. Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful. Shoutout to Sebastian, so helpful and kind, my Spanish is pitiful but it didn’t matter.

The hardest part was having to leave this gorgeous boutique hotel.
