We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The staff, including the bar, restaurant, and cleaning teams, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect - situated at one end of the town, it offered beautiful surroundings, stunning architecture, and peaceful, well-tended flower borders. Plus, it was a pleasant and convenient walk into the town, making it an ideal base. The breakfast selection was impressive, but the evening restaurant food was truly exceptional - the chef's dishes were of genuine Michelin-star standard, offering great value and consistently outstanding quality. The service throughout the hotel was also exceptional.

The hotel's decor feels tired and dated. The rooms are dark and unwelcoming, with drab grey wardrobe doors that are also heavy and difficult to slide. Storage space is limited, with no built-in drawers and only a small bedside table drawer. The coffee table has peeling veneer and is awkwardly placed, obstructing access to the French doors leading to the balcony. These doors are noisy and appear unstable, with no mechanism to secure them when opening the main door, causing the whole window to rattle. Additional amenities like tea and coffee making facilities would enhance the room. The bathroom lighting is also inadequate, particularly for tasks like applying makeup, and the lack of a full-length mirror is noticeable.

The location was perfect, central to Ceuta and easily accessible from the Ferry terminal. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel was adjacent to the old town cathedral & fortifications which gave a lovely setting. The room had a traditional Spanish feel with old style fixtures and fittings combined with modern conveniences.

The staff were very helpful with providing local information on Ceuta and facilitating onward travel to Morocco. The hotel has a lovely garden to the rear with private pool and the old fort as a backdrop.

Check in was quick and easy . Room were very clean and large spacious bathroom and lovely balcony Breakfast was fabulous.. lots of choice . Hot food was mediocre.. and took a long time as each is cooked for order. Hotel is perfect location .. next to beach and in a beautiful square . Free safe parking on site.

Hotel is perfectly ok however it’s very old fashioned with outdated decor and furnishings. Would love to come back and see it updated to a modern hotel. Has old world charm. Some rooms are closed so maybe it’s getting fixed up slowly?

The location of the hotel is perfect and is a big plus. Close to everything. A walking distance to the city center, restaurants, shopping streets and the corniche. The view from the room is stunning and the beds are comfortable. Kind staff.

Good stay overall. The corridor rug can either be cleaned, replaced or removed. The bathroom may need some fresh touches.

The hotel is located perfectly, just in front of the central street. The staff was very helpful and explained all the opportunities of the town. The waiting hall was very comfortable and prepared for Christmas.

The pool was closed since it was expected to use it. The breakfast should have more options of the food. No gym it was possible to find.

The balcony and the view to the sea. The room has all the facilities you need. The furnitures shapes an unique luxurious style and atmosphere during the stay. The staff was very helpful and explained all the opportunities of the town.

The fact that the maids are cleaning rooms and in the hallways making noise. The tables and chairs screech which is annoying and the hotel should get pads for under the legs of the tables and chairs. Otherwise, all fine.

Staff really charming and unbelievably helpful. Juan contacted a Moroccan guide for us who drove us all over northern Morocco for 9 hours for a very reasonable price. Would return in a heartbeat.

Facilities older but renovated and clean.

very fast WiFi which allowed for video streaming, i wish it would be as good at hotels in my home country, balcony, very nice sea view, large room, staff could speak several languages, good breakfast, nice lounges

The restrooms at the ground floor were closed the whole time during my stay although I didnt see any construction work going on. They shouldnt be closed just to save costs.

The hotel was in a great location, close to everything we needed and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The only downside was the delay in getting our rooms ready when we arrived.
