It is a great place for families with small kids. They could have a lot of fun in the pool and other activities. We forgot my daughter's favorite toy and realized it being already on the road. I called the reception and they helped to find it and organize the delivery.

Our room was on the ground floor and we had ants in the bathroom. Cleaning services were solving that issue every day, but it spoiled the overall impression. We had just the breakfast included, and to find a place to eat out of the hotel was slightly challenging,as the hotel is located like nowhere.

Overall the facilities are very well cleaned and maintained, you always see people busy. People are friendly and smiling. Food in the restaurant is of good quality half of the items are available everyday and the rest is changing, we found this a good mix. The apartment we stayed in is relatively new with good bed, pillows and shower. The multisport with table tennis tables and pool tables was a plus.

The temperature of the outside pool could have been a bit higher, now we used the inside pool to warm-up. The kids club was average, more an hour of drawing than really doing an activity with the kids. We have seen better at other places.

The food was very good. Wide variety of choices especially breakfast. Front desk and staff in general were very friendly and helpful. Everyone coped well considering the blackout that was experienced during my stay.

The lack of plugs that worked. I was reduced to one. I did report this to the front desk on my departure. I had asked for a double bed but I understand it wasn't always possible. The twin bed I slept in kept moving despite being butted up against the other bed. At one point I was across the room, it must have had wheels!

We liked the outside swimming pool for children , breakfasts and dinners, evening flamenco show, the location, 5 min walk to ocean side. Better take meals at hotel if you do not plan to Chickana or Cadiz for lunch. On the beach there a a few chitingitos but quite expencive. In hotel there are great places in lobby, snack bar, terrasa.

The hotel is not on first line as it stated in booking

-Breakfast and buffet dinner were excellent, with great choice and very tasty. -The swimming pool areas are good, with a quite pool on one end and another one with kids, music, slides, etc on the other side. -Having an indoor swimming pool guarantees fun even if weather is not good outside. -The games room is excellent, with ping pong tables, bowling, pool tables, at no extra cost. -Having Barrosa Beach right next to the hotel made it fun to go with the kids to enjoy the seawaves as well as the swimming pools.

My children wanted to always be at the kids area and we unfortunately struggled to find hammocks available so we had to settle at the other quiet swimming pool area and walk to the kids area every time my children wanted to go for a swim. There are limited number of hammocks in the kids pool area, which are quickly taken by tourists who place towels early in the morning to reserve them. This wouldn't be an issue if there were more hammocks made available in the kids area.

Friendly helpful staff, very clean room’s comfortable. Food great choice breakfast & dinner has two visits & another planned in October.

Nothing we didn’t like just we booked thru booking .com and the prices shown for breakfast €13 and dinner was €22.50 we were charged €21 each for breakfast & €26 for dinner I have notified them while dinner was more than reasonable breakfast we felt was a bit expensive and a big difference that what was shown.

Very nice resort, clean and spacious and has everything you need for your holiday. Amazing pools and kids pool and lot of sun loungers to sit by the pool. Buffet breakfast spread was delicious and ample. Rooms were clean and spacious.

We paid for the hotel dinner one night which cost us €25 per person, but the food was very sub-standard. Kids meal was decent, but the main adults meal lacked taste and variety. They could include more options like rice, etc to make it more inclusive.

The reception were really helpful and polite. The breakfast was nice Lunch and Dinner were good with variety but no beef options. Both pool were nice the kids area also nice Lots of staff around the facilities and all of them plesant and polite.

Hotel staffs were very nice and friendly . Very very clean room , lobby and inside area .

We have a twin bed room that both beds separately and move . I think that capacity of outdoor sweeping pools were out of range of passengers and also for small salon ( amphitheater) . I recommend that redesign this salon .

It was difficult to check out as you had long lines of people trying to check in. After two hours we felt compelled to jump the line and ask if we could check out. We could but it was not nice to have to apparently queue jump. Could reception put a sign up for a point specifically to check out not just check in? Also it was not clear what menus al a carte restaurants were offering instead of or in addition to the buffet. So we did not eat there and the buffet food whilst offering a good selection was often cold later into the service time. Consequently, we skipped the hotel meals and ate out after a couple of poor dining experiences. Nonetheless, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very good and we would stay again

Restaurants could be more up scale and maybe offer an adults only or a kids space?
