We were upgraded to superior which cost more but was worth it. The buffet for evening meal and breakfast was fantastic catered for every taste and high quality of food . The ala carte restaurant out side left much to be desired . Menu was translated to English incorrectly beef was described as veil . Beef was tough one meal sent back Fish recommended was not available second fish overcooked. . Deserts were not offered when asked for kitchen was closed. Stay with the buffet fantastic.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms, beautiful pools great food and drinks, great entertainment, located very close to the beach and everything is arranged in the most guest friendly way! I celebrated my birthday during our stay and the staff made me feel really special the entire day, on the room, in the restaurant. The staff here deserves a big thumbs up!

Too much focused on German guests, we are not German but staff spoke German to us all the time. Pool is very cold in November, but doable if you like a fresh start of that day. Not much to do outside of the resort but that is fine if you want to be pampered the entire day at the resort.

Great buffets, breakfast and dinner. Excellent quality and range. Good clean and well maintained room.

Outside area around the pool far too busy. Sunbeds taken and reserved very early on by guests who obviously wanted ‘their’ sun bathing spot! Too many people for too small an area. The pool itself was lovely. No sense of space. As the guests were mainly German, (not an issue!), the staff nearly always presumed we spoke German (we were a mixture of English, Scottish and Australian in our group of 6).

Room : spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom with bathtube was amazing. The AC didnt respond on controller commands, but we didnt suffer. The big balcony with rack and chairs were a great addition. Breakfast and Dinner : great selection of delicious food. Each time we ate so much we were on edge to explode. On tuesday there was some celebration, they gave a glass of nice wine to every buffet visitor and the food went extra with lobsters, caviar and oysters. Beach: great beach with marvelous sunsets. The path to the beach is unbelievable. The sand is full of shells which makes it a bit uncomfortable. In April the water was decent enough to swim. Pools and sauna: great big outside pool with plenty of space to lay and enjoy the sun. The sauna is small but amazing.

Outside pool is not protected from the wind from the sea, several days it was quite chilly to stay there. The water in outside pool is 19 degr. In summer, I imagine, its great to dive into the cold water, but in April it wasnt comfortable. Inside pool is also cold - 21 degrees. The cleaning service didnt replace our towels and bedsheets for 3 days.

Great hotel, lovely location, great spread on at breakfast and very helpful staff. We’ve spent a wonderful few days there.

Only one thing that I’d mention on the negative and that’s there was no parking available within the hotel grounds. Being beside the beach and the middle of summer there was very little chance of finding any on the public highway within a reasonable distance to walk. Thankfully after a little driving around someone left and we were able to park there.

We loved everything❤️ the hotel was immaculate very clean and every morning the pool area and Chairs were cleaned - the staff were all very happy and polite- the entertainment was good activities too- it was very quiet - beach on the doorstep - breakfast wide variety options - good lunch bar area with both relaxed and formal eating - the bed was 10/10 very comfortable they have done well to get this right.

Nothing we loved it - for those seeking party all night this is not your hotel things closed down bar wise around 12.30 am

It’s an incredibly clean, well appointed hotel that is great value for money. It was my birthday and they organised a drink in my room and balloons on my door of their own volition. It was a lovely gesture. The grounds are superb and the adjacent beach is delightful. A great stay and would recommend to all

Excellent location and easy parking. Staff were really polite and helpful, especially Manuela at reception. Rooms were a good size, and it was nice to have a kettle and fridge! Really good selection of food for dinner (including a good amount of vegan options) and a wonderful morning breakfast.

Dinner service finished at 21:30 which is a bit early for Spain. Also, the sauna and Turkish baths closed at 7pm which is a bit early.
