Everything, from the cleanliness, the food, to the facilities, the entertainment and the friendly staff. The animation staff were excellent at keeping us and the kids entertained. And for times where there wasn’t much going on, there were so many pools to choose from for some relaxation in the sun. Plenty of sunbeds , no need to wake up at silly oclock for sunbed wars. Outdoor ball pit softplay area to keep the kids entertained when it was clouded over or too cool for a swim. So much greenery, made our stay all the more relaxing and made for some awesome photo opportunities. And lets not forget the #riuparty whit party - such a fun night for guest of all ages. We danced the night away, our 5 year old especially had a BLAST! Last but defo not least, the food was absolutely delicious. This was our 2nd summer trip there consecutively, and i am sure we will be back next summer!

The only negative for me was the mattress being a bit too hard for my comfort, but that is just because i prefer something softer. The fact it was peacefully quiet indoors and you could completely black out the room with the curtains more than made up for it though, as i still managed to sleep well!

Room was spacious, big bed and shower. Proximity to beach, lots of pools and sunbeds.

The gym was not adequately equipped as only one clip for the cable machines and children were playing with machines (some unaccompanied by an adult) whilst I was trying to get in a workout. I think kids should be at least 12/13 years over to be allowed in regardless if accompanied by an adult as some kids were using it as a play area which is dangerous in a gym! Another issue was wgen I booked it stated children 13 and over were considered adults and therefore could use the spa yet when I went to the spa with my 13 year old I was told she could not use it as it was 18 and over which was very disappointing!

The staff make this hotel, without exception they were all fabulous. The hotel was clean and the bed was one of the best I've slept in at a hotel. Everyone was polite, helpful and friendly! You wouldn't go hungry or thirsty but the cocktails were pre made, not great 😏, not premium spirits but good nonetheless. The snack bar was the same every day, maybe pizza would be good 🤔

It would have been nice to have a pool where children weren't allowed, there was one but it was the swim up pool bar and as you can imagine it was full of adults drinking alcohol, I need say no more! Somewhere to swim in peace would have been nice. Also an adults only area where we could have a quiet drink and chat.

All-inclusive meals, drinks and snacks were very varied and well-presented. Lots of choice of different restaurants. Room was large and clean. Quiet. Good swimming pools and sun loungers. Enjoyed the daily exercise sessions in the pool with music and instruction ! Easy access to lovely clean beach and beach walks in either direction. Enjoyable evening entertainment programme. Extensive and very varied

There are a lot of hotels in this area of Novo Sancti Petri. It might be a good idea to club together to have regular hotel transport to take guests into Cadiz for a day during their stay. We took the bus to Chiclana centre from outside the hotel then the tram from Chiclana centre to Cadiz. This was cheap and easy to organise but it took a long time to do a comparatively short distance and it gave us less time to spend in Cadiz as we wanted to be back for dinner in the hotel.

We’ve stayed here befor and it’s a lovely hotel, very big but no ques for breakfast or dinner , the pool bar was a continuous que but moved quickly , it’s spotlessly clean and the Rui chain are always superb , we stay in them all around the world when we can . This hotel is definitely worth a stay your love it . Easy parking great rooms and AMAZING sunset down the beach 👌👌

Our rooms air con wasn’t working and was really noisy, we told reception and the half fixed it , it was cooler but still very noisy

Amazing location, spacious rooms, entertainment for all ages, different pools outside: kids pool with slides, heated pools,.. We also rented bikes for one of the days - the bike roads are great, they go along the ocean, golf course, and are safe to ride with kids.

Food could be better quality, the spa is small and located outside the hotel - in our 3 days stay we didn't manage to go because it was all booked up. The weather was not ideal so everyone wanted to go to spa rather than the outside pools.

Excellent location, value for money, fun and positive atmosphere, polite staff, beautiful weather.

It was harder to get by as an English speaker with broken Spanish. Lack of directions to our room. No lifts to upper floors. I had mild food poisoning after the first night. Luckily I recovered quickly, but this could've soured the entire trip. The food (particularly in Gatitana) was very average for dinner. The other restaurants were far superior.

Food was absolutely amazing, variety of choice, different food every day, fresh and supertasty, fish pasta meat fruit salads seafood paella churros pancakes etc anything you want. Loved the variety and incredible taste. Rooms superclean, comfortable, pool clean and amazing, drinks tasty and plenty of choices, no issues with extending stay, Staff very friendly and smiling all the time Rui Party absolutely gorgeous, great music, neon gadgets for the guests, we had lots of fun.

Not enough cups for tea/coffee during breakfast (late joiners so it may be understandable) and not polished cutlery sometimes, however the quality of service is great and I would go back there for holidays anyways. The promo code for birthday discount didn't work on RUI app and reception didn't offer support.

Everything was great overall. Big and comfy, didn’t feel over packed even though it was packed with visitors. Staff were always lovely.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it but after a few days the food does get very similar but really what can you expect. The snack bar has the same every single day maybe changing this up every 2-3 days would be good.

This resort exceeded our expectations of an all inclusive for families. The property is immaculately clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. Lots of pools and activities and perfect for families with younger children. The food at the main buffet and the themed restaurants was all of good quality and we never had to wait to be seated or eat. The property is located a short walk from a fantastic beach - we spent hours playing in the waves and building in the sand. We loved every moment of this relaxing family holiday!

There is nightly entertainment, but not very varied in theme. The Friday night parties (white and neon) are the huge events of the week, so don't miss those! We, honestly, don't have any complaints about this resort.
