The staff is very friendly! Tasty food in breakfast and dinner buffet (half board) with daily variations. Very cosy hotel which is not too large with genuine Spanish vibe. Spacious rooms. Easy street parking. Large outside swimming pools and one tiny indoor swimming pool. Nice environment with beautiful golf course, parks with maritime pines and playgrounds in the immediate vicinity and the beach at a small walking distance. The location offers a fantastic base to discover the wider region (Cadiz, Vejer, Jerez, Tarifa, Gibraltar, Sevilla, Pueblos Blancos, etc).

Not enough swimming possibilities outside high season period: outside swimming pool is quite cold and inside swimming pool is rather small.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable and clean room (suite), lovely large balcony! It is not directly on the beach, but just 5 minutes walk. Great nightly entertainment suitable for families. Breakfast was quite good with a good variety of options. A bonus was the indoor pool in cooler weather as the outdoor pool was not heated. But the outdoor pool is quite big and with deep, which was great.

Would be nice to offer free water in the room, as it's a big resort. Access to the spa was complicated, as it's not part of the hotel, it had a complicated way of booking/using.

Had it not been for the staff, I would have left an overall negative review. The staff were brilliant, made us feel special and looked after us well. The food was good. Great value for money.

Indoor pool is not heated which in the winter months defeats the point of having it open. Pool Roof leaks heavily when raining like it’s some sort of water feature. Beige futons in the rooms should be removed, thoroughly washed or covered, they looked filthy. The hotel needs to be refurbished, also many of the existing repairs made were not to a good standard, very visible.

We were upgraded to the bigger room, quite nice and spacious. The hotel itself and the rooms are renovated and clean. The hotel is nice for families, they have a lot of activities. I was absolutely delighted by the breakfast- they had everything including nice cava 🥂 good variety of cold cuts, eggs, you can have an omelette of your choice, grilled veggies (thanks from nutritionist 🙏) The area itself is nice, a lot of hotels, restaurants, chiringuitos. Gorgeous ocean snd the beaches

The renovation was with cheap materials, the sinks are plastic. There were ants in the room and even in the bedroom (not that we suffered from that, it’s quite common here) We used the garage, the spaces are sooo tiny

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic food, mostly based on local tradition and cooked with fresh ingredients. The location was busy but not overly crowded despite we have been there during summer high season. Claiming sunbeds with towels for later use was prohibited and the lifeguard staff would actively remove towels from unused sunbeds (and collect belongings for later pickup) which was great to avoid the "rush to get a spot" and helped free up sunbeds during the busiest hours. Despite not having "direct" access to the beach, la playa de la Barrosa beach is located very close by, just 5 - 6 minutes walk and can be easily accessed. We really enjoyed our stay at Vincci Resort Costa Golf and will likely go back.

Wifi coverage in the facility was generally poor. Some of the cocktails (e.g.: piña colada) were a bit watered down.

Check-in took a very long time and the staff was extremely slow. There is an electric car charging station at the hotel, but unfortunately we couldn’t manage to use it at all. While it's not necessarily the hotel's fault that the system is so complicated, the owners could have considered installing a more user-friendly charging solution for guests with electric vehicles.

The staff and the decor was great. The breakfast is decent although the did not replace the Cava wine.

They charged me without my permission or aceptance on my behalf over 2100€ in security deposit. I have stayed at this hotel every year over the last 5 and never had this problem.

The room is huge with a terrace. Inside is 5 star amenities. There are 3 swimming pools. Indoor pool for kids and huge outdoor pool. Huge fluffy towels, lounge chairs, and tasty salmon fish served right by the pool.

There is nothing to improve. It's fantastic the way it is.

Some beverages should be included in half board. Couple floor wine or beer. More music activities. Sheets and updated towels. Sofia needs to be cleaned. Ash trays on the patio

Close to La Barossa beach which is magical. The hotel has everything you need. We had breakfast and dinner and it was totally worth it. The room is equipped with everything you need, including toothbrushes and tooth paste. It is also the only hotel where guests only leave the towels on the sun beds only when they actually stay there. Very educated tourists and staff is very friendly.
