All personnel is really great. Amazing price for the quality of the provided services. Hotel looks new, or freshly renewed - it is perfectly clean. Spa zone is tremendous, it was essential for this time of the year (April)

There was only one issue (which was not even a major problem, but still) - why there is no door in the bathroom? I don't think too many people are travelling / staying alone in such hotels. So they will probably not enjoy doing their business in the presence of others. Also not convenient to go to the restroom during the night - I had to use the flash light of my phone and did not flush in order to not wake up my family. To me this is very strange, because there is enough space to put a door (even a sliding door). I've been to many hotels around the world but I have never seen anything like that.

I had an exceptional stay at Gran Sagitario. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located, just a few minutes from the beach. The facilities are spotless, with a beautiful pool, a relaxing spa, and a high-quality restaurant. But what truly makes this place special is the incredibly welcoming and professional staff. Always smiling, available, and attentive to every detail. A huge thank you to Ms. Isabella, whose kindness, professionalism, and hospitality truly made my stay memorable. She made every moment even more enjoyable.

If I had to mention one small downside — and it's really nothing serious — I would say the lack of doors on the bathroom toilets and the TV not having connectivity features like YouTube.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and it had all of the amenities, including a gym and a pool. The room was massive for just me and my daughter. Kitchen plus living room in separate bedroom. Did not love the bathroom as it was glass doors and not a lot of privacy. The breakfast buffet was expensive and huge with gluten-free, vegetarian, and all other options. I look forward to the breakfast every morning. We rented a car and we were only about a five minutes drive into Cituadella. The Santander beach was a three minute walk and perfect, it was a little smelly on the beach, but was probably from some of the seaweed. Only issue we had was the location of our room. they had put us on the bottom floor on the exterior versus the interior looking at the pool. It was right next to the delivery and trash area so it was quite noisy in the mornings.

The only complaint I had was the location of our room. We were on the exterior, street side, first floor. We were right next to the delivery and trash area so it was quite noisy every morning. You could hear doors and trucks and trash cans being Slammed. Though we were not in our room much, it would’ve been nice to sleep in without the noise. We did ask to be moved to another room but the staff just took notes and didn’t address it. It was a little disappointing, especially how pricey this place is.

The pool area was superb, very clean and plenty of beds and umbrellas. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. We had dinner one night and again the choice and quality of food was fabulous and good value. The staff were lovely and all very helpful. Location is near to the beach and restaurants .There are plenty of buses into Ciutadella and surrounding resorts .

The room stunk of cigarettes on arrival and it didn’t seem to get any better . There is a smoking policy of balconies only .. but clearly someone had left the doors open into the bedroom .

The staff has been extremely accommodating, both regarding hotel needs as well as advices on what to do in the island. Food was very good, choice was extremely wide and various. Pools (one outside and one inside with a small spa) were great, clean and very well kept. There is also a very nice gym available to guests. The position is pretty good, with Cala Santandria 200 m near and connections to Ciutadella centre with 2 buses (L64 and L65) at 5 minutes walking distance passing almost every 30 minutes.

Not something we did not like but more a kind of advice. In case you do not have a car, you have to take a bus to ciutadella (where all other buses to beaches and Maò leave from) which is 10/15 minutes far by car. The area around the hotel is very quiet at night, so you’d better move to Ciutadella for some nightlife (buses until midnight).

This is a really excellent hotel. No question. The staff are excellent, the rooms are superb and the hotel is spotlessly clean.

Possibly, the lighting at dinner. It is very bright with not much atmosphere.

This trip was a birthday gift for my boyfriend, so I asked for a room with a nice view and the reservation department made it true. A very nice view to the pool and side seaview. Also a queen size bed, and a very nice and clean room. Housekeeping does the best job, a whole hotel is very clean, well done! Breakfast and dinner were also really tasty. We also got a complimentary sparkling wine on his bday. It was a nice and relaxing trip and thank you for a pleasant experience!

This modern spa hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Sept'23 and had a wonderful time. The staff were very welcoming and professional - nothing was too much trouble. Our room (a junior suite, with pool view) was spacious and well equipped. We had a -relatively minor- issue with the A/C / temperature controls, meaning the room was often colder than we would have liked - that said, most other aspects of our stay were superb. The secure underground parking-garage proved very useful and we had no problem finding a space (in fact it was virtually empty all week). If you're looking for a well appointed, spotlessly clean and conveniently located base from which to explore the Island, Gran Sagitario is a great choice. Compliments also for a strong breakfast service with a vast array of options.

The ambiance in the indoor bar area could be better - it was brightly lit and quite clinical. Entertainment was quite limited - although, to be fair, our visit was off-season..

Great service, very clean and comfortable; the staffs are all exceptional, I feel very welcome and easy with everything for my solo trip. I stayed in en-suite so quite enough space to spend a nice holiday too. There’s no door for the bathroom, I’m fine by myself but others might want to know before booking. The spa area and massage are also quite nice too. Really amazing May holiday season staying here, very satisfied!

The restaurant could be better, food is generally so-so. There’s only one pool as outdoor entertainment and the nearby beach is not the best, though it’s nice to have a small beach around the corner.

Everything matched or exceeded our expectations !! Hotel is brand new,you can catch it at glance and the staff was helpful and polite. Rooms are spacious and well furnished with spotless bathrooms, fantastic shower and thick towels. Every room has a terrace large enough to accommodate 3/4 people. A fantastic pool contribute to build up holiday ambience. I strongly recommend to go for half board as the food buffet is simply top of the 🔝 !! fFresh fish and meat is ready to be grilled on the spot plus a plethora of a large variety of mouth watering starters and desserts make your dinners awesome. And to top it all …every day you find different paellas or “arroz negro” to complete the offering.

I struggled to find something bad or improvable ….I failed!! 👍
