This is the best place to stay if you are coming to Ciutadella. 🤩 Staff are amazing, I cant thank them enough for how kind and helpful they were throughout our stay. Toni and Irene always made sure we felt like home, and gave us amazing advices were to go to explore the island. There is free parking around the hotel and they also have a pool. Breakfast is the best I have had so far. Doesn´t have hot options, but, who wants hot options in summer? 😉 They offer you local products for breakfast including Mahon cheese, sobrasada and ensaimadas, apart from others. There is an exit on the back of the hotel to access to the cala 😊 If you have the chance to book in this hotel, you will not regret at all! Great location, 15 min walk into Ciutadella where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants but also has a pool and right on top of the beach so can get access to the sea. Room was clean and comfortable- amazing shower and hair dryer (which is very rare) and air conditioning was also fab which is always a worry for us in Europe in May! Reception could not have been more helpful with tips on where to go and booking taxis and everyone was so friendly even with our terrible Spanish! Would 100% recommend both the hotel and Ciutadella as place to visit - we will definitely be back!

Exceptionally Excellent guest house, I loved everything! Hosted by friendly caring charming twin brothers that provided everything to thoroughly enjoy both Ciutedella and Menorca. Guesthouse has the perfect location directly on the beach, a few minutes walk to old town, gorgeous views, and a fabulous terrace breakfast overlooking the sea, and is sparkling clean. I cherished every minute of being here, and have the warmest memories from my stay. Ciutedella is the most amazing Enchanting town in Menorca, history and relics that date back thousands of years, in my experience far more beautiful, ancient, and better than Mahón.

I loved every minute of being here, and was sad to leave.

From the moment i arrived at this quirky hotel i knew i had booked the right place. It was very clean, had everything one would need like a small bar at reception, nice breakfast area, lots of outdoor seating, and it is right next to a beautiful cove or clear blue water. The hotel hosts and staff were great from day one and even addressed me by my name every day when they said good morning at breakfast. The rooms are air conditioned and clean and breakfast was only 5 euros which was great value for money.

I would just say that the bathroom in my room was a little small, as a solo traveller on this trip it was OK for me but a couple might struggle with the size.

It is a litle gem, would definitely stay there again. Nice little hotel on two sites next to each other with lovely views of the cove. It's about a 10 minute walk into Ciutadella old town, there is a delicatessen /patisserie and a supermarket nearby. The urban beach is about a minutes walk away and a there is a small pool if you dont want to swim in the sea. Very clean room, with a small bathroom and enough toiletries for a short stay. Easy parking. The continental breakfast was really good, a good choice of fresh food and good value at €5 euros each. Very clean, attentive staff who made sure everything was topped up and you weren't waiting for anything. All the staff we met were lovely. Good check out time (12 o'clock). The fridge in the room was really useful.

A couple of minor points - The urn for the hot water could have been set hotter because it was only set on 2/3 andvyou cannot brew a proper cup of tea at that temperature - it needs boillng water. A kettle and cups in the room would be great as we were awake a few hours before breakfast.

Amazing location, with the access to the sea bay, which felt like swimming in the giant pool, but what really stood out was super attentive, friendly and very helpful staff, I travel a lot, but it's not common to see much effort and caring staff. Also great breakfast- big choice for only few euros, little hotel bar open till midnight, very comfortable bed, air con, very nice views from the room. Easy going atmosphere, quiet and peaceful.

Can't think of anything

The location to me was perfect. I could take a walk along the coastline amongst the palm trees and just enjoy. The bed was amazing. When you travel alone it's not given than you sleep well in places, but the energy or vibe if you want was very relaxed and welcoming.

I personally adore scrambled eggs. So I really would say not having that at breakfast was the "worst" thing. But honestly, there really isn't anything to complain about. It was really lovely.

Location was great. On a woderful inlet from the sea just 15 minutes from the centre of Cuitadella. A slightly longer walk to town was on a fabulous promenade around the coast. Breakfas twas excelent enchanced by having it on the terrace overlooking the sea. .Our balcony room was superb with a great seaview. Everywhere as spotlessly clean. The pool was a quiet haven.

Nothing

It is located a walkable distance from the city. The restaurant sits above the public swimming area, Although I imagine that it's only used by locals for swimming. Because the body of water is protected it makes the water very still and clear with beautiful color, which makes for an exceptional view. Our room was in a separate building but still had a lovely view of the water and out to sea. The breakfast was delicious, varied and fun. The hotel manager takes pride in welcoming all guests on arrival and orientating them with facilities of this small hotel and excellent hotel. Overall excellent value for money, especially considering the general price in Menorca.

I have no words. I’ve visited so many hostels on my journey, but this place is by far the best I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so nice, the room is absolutely gorgeous for the price and very clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I decided to stay one day longer — not just because it’s raining and walking the Camí de Cavalls wouldn’t be pleasant in this weather, but also because the hostel has beautiful views and a great location.”
