The location of the Hotel was excellent and even though parking is not available there was plenty of free spaces in Ciutadella to do so. The room was very spacious with an outside space. They offered a very welcome free coffee, tea and pastries throughout the day.

My only comment would be to offer a towel or mat to use at the many beaches. There was a beach umbrella available but didn't need that in April. It's only because of the airline strict baggage that we didn't put one in.

Lovely interiors, clean and comfortable, spacious shower, comfy bed and coffee and pastries available at the reception. Due to its great location in the heart of the city we struggled to find parking spaces.

The only thing we didn’t like was the WiFi, it wasn’t connecting at all at times and it was discontinued.

We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor. It was light, airy and very spacious. Very tasteful and modern decor and all furniture looked almost new. There was a pretty courtyard area with table and chairs which was handy for remote working. The location is very central, just a couple of minutes walk away from the port with plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was cleaned each day despite us only staying for 3 nights. Access to the building and room was via code on the day of check in. Detailed instructions were received via WhatsApp on the day of arrival including numerous suggestions for nearby parking. We would happily stay again.

The downside of being on the ground floor was hearing people coming in and out of the building and in the reception area. It wasn’t a huge problem.

Great stay in a quiet and clean room. Really close to the centre of town, which was very convenient. The staff is lovely, very friendly and helpful. The coffee in the morning is a plus, especially enjoyed in the room's patio.

Beautiful room, very spacious. Great location- less than 5 minutes from central areas. Parking 10 minutes from hotel, easy and convenient. Coffee and snacks available in hotel reception.

Everything was great. Just one suggestion- please put a mirror in the room as the only one is in the bathroom.

Very central and near the Port area which is the best part of Ciutadella. Very Clean, Self check-in very clear. Free parking close.

No breakfast but I appreciated the coffee machine made available at the reception!

Minor factor that the fridges makes a noise that can be annoying, specially in the mornings.
