Our stay at Hotel Infinito was absolutely delightful from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Damian made us feel right at home with his warm welcome and thoughtful touch. Not only did he personally provide us with all the essential travel details for Menorca, but he also gave fantastic recommendations for local food spots and beaches, ensuring we got the most out of our trip. The room itself was perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We were also treated to extra touches like umbrellas, games, and other thoughtful amenities that enhanced our experience even further. As a special surprise, He gifted us a charming beach bedsheet with an elephant design, which was a lovely gesture and added a unique touch to our stay. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more perfect, situated centrally in the old town. Nearly every major attraction was just a short 5-10 minute walk away, making it so easy to explore the area. We were also really impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of the room, which was made even more luxurious by their signature scented bathroom products. After a long day spent at the beach, the shower was the perfect way to unwind and relax. This stay truly exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Menorca.

This place is the perfect gem for exploring Ciutadella and the surrounding beaches/areas. On arrival, we were greeted and also treated to a fantastic complimentary beach sarong, free soft drinks and beers in the fridge, and an introduction of where to go in town. The rooms are immaculate and cleaned every day, and every small detail is extremely tasteful. This is a boutique hotel done right! Don’t miss out on this place, it’s well worth the stay. Comfy beds, excellent location, and beautiful bathrooms too!

Julian was wonderful! We took the BALEARIA ferry from Alcudia, Mallorca to Ciutadella & had called a taxi which didn’t show. So I called Julian who collected us within 5 minutes, gave us early access to our rooms & was so friendly, helpful, personable & wonderful with recommendations of where to eat etc. He was very gracious at letting us have a late checkout to take the ferry back to Mallorca so our stay was so pleasant & stress-free. The rooms were exactly as they are appear on the website with every small detail we could have imagined to make our stay comfortable. There was cold water in the fridge every day, tea & coffee facilities, little sweeties, umbrellas, snorkels, beach towels, iron & ironing board in the room, flatscreen TV, lovely lighting, bright, fresh, modern interiors & so quiet given where it is situated. Absolutely faultless. Thank you Julian & team for a wonderful 2 days reacquainting ourselves with the antiquity of Ciutadella.

Infinito Boutique Hotel surpassed our expectations. It’s definitely a great value for money. Damien kindly checked us in and him as well as his colleague who helped us at check-out insured a warm welcome. The rooms are Impeccably clean with meticulous attention to detail, every aspect was thoughtfully curated (complete beach setup to borrow in the hotel lobby, free water bottles refilled daily, etc.. Additionally, a cooler was provided for our convenience to enhance our beach days experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a few meters from a grocery store and close to the best restaurants and the city center, it's the perfect Ciutadella stay. We’d definitely come back!

The location was just inside the old town. There was a public parking area very near the hotel which was important as we had a rental car. The hotel was very well kept and had all the amenities you would require and more. The host was pleasant and attentive.

While there were only three floors the stairs might be difficult for those with mobility problems if you are in the upper rooms.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, and in a prime location within the old town of Ciutadella. Damian was a very welcoming host and provided excellent hospitality, helping with travel routes to the beaches, restaurant suggestions, and was even on hand to help us with the bus route from Mahon. The hotel was also equipped with all of the things you need for the beaches - parasols, snorkels, etc. Would highly recommend!

Nothing - everything was perfect.

The service and communication from Damien the manager was excellent, from initial booking through to help with car parking and beaches. Beach towels, parasols, snorkeling equipment all provided! The style and decor is very tasteful.

It is more of a building with rooms than a traditional hotel (which suited us) and the location is just outside the picturesque old town (but easy short walk)

Good situation, pretty place, clean, and comfortable. The host was kind with very good advice to discover the city. Always available on phone.

We loved our stay here - the most helpful staff, beautiful room, excellent location. Lots of nice touches like beach umbrellas and and snorkels. Would love to come back. Absolutely divine

The staff was super helpful, gave us great recommendations and went over and above to help with an issue we had (unrelated to the hotel itself). The hotel is very nice and the location is great. I highly recommend it for stays in Menorca.
