Great location, in the center of Ciutadella. Room is clean and nicely decorated. Check-in is done online but the staff I spoke to were very friendly and welcoming.

It is very noisy at night, even in low season I woke up several times because of the thin glass window. I also missed wall hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and some glasses or coffee/tea would have been appreciated.

We had a great stay! Location was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and we loved the minimalist style. Air con was brilliant. Susana was a lovely host! Very friendly and helpful.

A few extra facilities like glasses and tea and coffee making facilities would be nice.

Perfect location, Central, clean, new furniture, spatious shower, had everything for a perfect stay, the bed was so comfortable also. The staff is also super kind and made me leave the bag for the day.

The location was ideal, right in the heart of Ciutadella, near great cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

The noise from outside, wear earplugs to sleep and you’ll be fine.

Great air con - perfect accommodation for siesta time. Host was lovely & very accommodating of any requests.
