The location, the room, and the place was wonderful. We enjoyed having a fridge and a microwave available that we used for keeping breakfast stuff. Having breakfast on their terrace was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room walls are very thin, thankfully there weren't many guests and the ones who were there were quiet. Some things that could be improved somehow are, - providing a place where to wash the dishes or the utensils used, - provide recycling bins, at least in the common area.

I hadn't realised there was no reception, so when I arrived at the entrance it was locked and I couldn't enter. There was a telephone number which didn't work. I tried calling another number and finally got through and into the property. All very stressful! The room was comfortable, but a little cold as heating didn't work. It was possible to get out to view the cloister and garden from above which was fantastic and you could sit out there and admire it. I would definitely return now I know how to get into the property.

The staff was very friendly and the location superb. The rooms were cleaned every day and there's enough space to chill, have a coffee and eat in the balcony. Even though there's no fridge in the room, a big one was available in the common living room.

It was very hot in the room and the fan wasn't enough. When we're leaving though they were installing air conditions in every room. Bad timing 😋

Great location, appreciated having water and coffee. Only met staff right before leaving, but they were nice. Overall pleasant stay.

Check in procedure should be communicated beforehand. Also found a few papers in the room for us to fill in even though no one told us to. Only found out how to pay local taxes right before we left. Bed is very hard. Doors way too loud.

Excellent location, clean, hot shower, possibility to prepare food in a communal room and eat it on the terrace. Would highly recommend, was perfect for a stay in the old town.

The cleanliness and location

Instructions for arrival could have been clearer. We had to wait for someone to leave to get in and another to call the owner as my ohonefrom England wouldn't work.

El Claustre de Ciutadella Hospederia is the place to stay. There is no better location in the old town and it is part of a historic building. It has lots of restaurants and sites of interest surrounding it. We stayed in a twin beds room. The beds were comfortable and the room size was appropriate for two people. The shower was great! My only face-to-face contact with staff was with two different housekeeping staff. They were lovely! I would definitely stay there again.

I arrived in Menorca after 22:00h as my flight was delayed. It was given me a by message a phone number, so I could call them for the check-in. The network in the area was not good, and I was also an international traveller. It was challenging to manage to contact the property team, and I had to pay roaming for an international call. In this way, it would be good to have a more out-of-hours check-in method in place. We stayed there during the heat wave. The room was quite hot. It had a fan though. The property had portable air conditioning in the corridor to try to alleviate the guests' suffering. It was a nice touch.

The centrality and historical environment around.

Beds are too hard. They should install air co. They should make sure every room has its coffee machine in order to avoid reaching the breakfast room. The majority of the rooms had it but unfortunately not ours that was on the opposite side of the breakfast room.

Excellent location. Beautiful building and terrace. Unexpected breakfast room with toaster, kettle and fridge.

A minor point but check in could have been a little easier. We arrived outside at the same time as another group but none of us were sure how to get in. We phoned the company and were given details - perhaps an email beforehand to make it clear to ring.

Under the roof there is no insulation, heat is retained and small fan provided was inadequate for comfortable sleeping. Lack of potable water, endless plastic bottle waste
