Quiet villa in a nice holiday setting with a great pool. We really have enjoyed our stay! The staff was really friendly and helpful: the maintenance guy fixed our window in no time, and a special thank you to Tessa who made our stay even greater with her attention and joyful character.

All good but the kitchen was quite dirty when we arrived: sticky pans and kitchen utensils, a fridge that smelled to beer and only one kitchen towel. Some more and different kitchen clothes and towels would be great.

Clean and well kept venue. Staff were very polite and helpful. Good location within a short walk to the small port full of bars, restaurants and shops. Versus a lot of the other venues/complexes around, Nuramar was really quite in comparison which was great. There were families with children similar ages to our (5 & 3) but the pool never felt overrun and the volume never reached a silly level. Lots of international families - Spanish, French, Dutch which was nice.

Food options very limited around the pool, we didn't try the breakfast which seemed quite expensive at €10 p/h versus making something in the villa or popping to a local restaurant or café. Other slight frustration, or piece of advice if you are looking to book/stay at Nuramar - don't wear white bathing suits in the pool. All of ours turned a strange yellow, which would be down to the chlorine in the pool - bit annoying to have to throw a few sets of trunks away but first world problems!

We went in May and it was very quiet. We had the pool to ourselves nearly every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely and helpful staff, made checkin and checkout easy and had some good recommendations for restaurants in Ciutadella. Also great location with small shop (although overpriced) nearby and a 5-10 minute walk from the harbour with restaurants. Very nice pool which was never overcrowded despite the hotel being full at the time. Air con in the rooms very appreciated in the 34 degree heat!!!

Limited parking, although street parking was available round the back. Also no shampoo or body gel provided, just bottles of hand soap in the showers.

Lovely setting. It was a very relaxed, family resort. The pool was great, our children loved being in the pool most days. Lots of sun loungers, no need to reserve them. The accommodation was spacious and all that we needed for our stay. All staff, at reception, bar and site team were helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was really good, and our waiter was friendly and welcoming, especially during the day time with our kids daily ice creams! The new air condtioning units were good, really needed it this week. Would definitely recommend to others.

Not enough parking on site, although there was parking round the corner, the only access to resort is at the front, so bit of a walk in the heat with young children moaning! Would be great to do "evening events", such as pizza night or BBQ night, as lots of families with young children staying there and dont always want to go out every evening. Bit overlooked by others when sitting outside at table.

Excellent location, great staff, pool was lovely and relaxed with plenty of beds. Easy parking either at the front or on the streets beside the apartment. Beds were comfortable. 3 aircon units around the apartment.

Kitchen was severely limited. 2 electric hob rings, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. Some utensils but not many. Ok if you're not intending to cook. Sliding doors didn't lock properly - a metal pin was used to hold the doors shut.

Everything wad really good: location, place, clean, calm, breakfast & AMAZING staff! Loved it.

Pool area is beautiful, staff were extremely helpful and communication was very straightforward. 2 bed apartment had loads of space, shower was excellent too.

A grill or oven in the kitchen area would make it even better.

Her local knowledge was invaluable; she recommended the best beaches and restaurants, enhancing our holiday experience immensely.
