We stayed for 7 nights in august 2023 (13th-20th) .although we thought it would be crowded this season ..in valentin star was not crowded at all ,there were many people but you could find easy sunbeds around the pool.no issue at all.very important that NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE TOWELS TO ''RESERVE SUNBEDS'' ,made it even more easier to find free sunbeds anytime. BREAKFAST: big variety ,many choices ,fresh products ..with eurpean buffet and with chef to prepare eggs ,omelettes at request, and most important that BREAKFAST S IS SERVED 8-11 every day . DINNER: what to say about dinner ..stayed in many hotels but fisrt time have eaten MOST TASTY AND MOST FRESHLY MADE dinner ever. every night had different food theme ..mexican,spanish,chinese ,italian and of course all nights with most delicious paeyias ,fresh fish and sea food, beef ,pork etc. dinner EXCELLENT !!!! ROOMS: huge ,comfy bed but,comfy pillowa9have list to choose pillows if want) rooms furniture bit dated but still couch comfortable PERSONNEL :ALL eager to help and assist every time ,all staff speak English. NIGHT SHOW : interesting and different night event every night. TRANSPORT: can use menorca city buses (note :accept only cash) ROUTE: 1.airport to mahon (4euros/person 2.mahon to citadella (6euros/person , 3.citadella to Cala en Bosch (valentin star) 2euros/person OR USE COACH SERVICE THAT COLLECTS FROM AIRPORT AND TRANSFERS TO HOTEL AND VICE VERSA (with stops to others hotels around the area --17euro/person In case you need late checkout can be offered with extra 40euros up to 16:00 o clock but you can also choose to leave luggage in reception and use the common bath near the pool to change.

not hotel's fault but if you stay in ground floor might hear noises from 1st floor guests ,hotels rule for men to wear trousers at dinner. pool towels free but if you need to change them have to pay 1euro/towel safe 10euros

I loved the design of the hotel, the spacious room, the comfy bed The pool and the jacuzzi were lovely and everywhere it was so clean. Every single person of the staff was so kind and helpful. They recommended be the best ways to reach different calas and suggested the best tours. Great attention to customers' needs.

The location could not be better Overlooking the marina close to the bars and restaurants Pool area was fabulous lots of sun beds The only annoying thing was the twice daily pool volleyball which disturbed the tranquility of the place The food was amazing both for breakfast and dinner. So much choice and lots of options. The evening entertaining on the terrace was great especially The Drifters and the Pioneers MC tribute acts, both brilliant. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, cannot criticise any of them. Overall a great hotel and we will definitely return soon

This is our 2nd visit to the hotel, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Love the music playing in the bathroom. Breakfast was amazing so much variety and staff constantly bringing out fresh food. Entertainment was good and the location is perfect, plenty of restaurants, shops, close to the beach and regular bus services.

Location: top. Book via hotel the airport group transfer for €17.50 per person/way, or choose a taxi for €~80. Room: smaller side, but sufficient for the stay. Style seems from 90s but well maintained. Clean room, comfy bed. And a small pillow menu if you don’t want the standard pillows. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast: wow wow wow! Excellent buffet selection. Dinner: booked half board, so dinner was also served buffet style. Two live cooking stations, hot buffet, cold starters, large salad buffet, soups, and Fabulous dessert and fresh fruit selection. Pool: spacious areas, and plenty of sun beds. Try to catch one of the double sun beds, they are comfier. Pool bar: small lunch menu selection, but definitely sufficient for the location.

Am not big fan of the evening entertainments, but luckily they don’t last too late.

The room was a big room, it would be better if you had a walk in shower. The decoration in the room was a bit dated The breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. The pool area was excellent lots of sun beds and a large pool.

The seating at night time to watch the entertainment was very uncomfortable, it would be better with cushions on the back of the seats

Lovely hotel! Pool was great and very big. Lots of sunbeds so no sunbed wars. Breakfast everyday was excellent and lots of different options were available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent short walk to restaurants, supermarket, harbour and beach.

No free water at reception which would have been nice.

Breakfast is excellent, extensive choice. Great location on the Harbour. Staff really friendly. Entertainment programme really good. Large rooms that are very clean.

Has to pay for safe in room, haven’t done this for years! Usually free. Massage only on Wednesdays but not communicated it’s only one day per week - so couldn’t use. Food around pool - wasn’t shown timings so we missed it one day as they weren’t serving after 4.

We arrived after midnight and were very exhausted, the hotel employee however welcomed us with such a big smile, a warm towel and cold water bottles - from the very first moment until the last second, we felt super comfortable. The room was very clean and there was a big variety of breakfast options. The hotel is located in a small town, therefore it wasn't overly crowded, nice restaurants were only couple of meters away. All in all, the hotel met all our expectations and beyond. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

The interior of the rooms is a little outdated and the beds were okay-ish. However, won't hold us back to come back again!

Adult only how close the hotel was to all restaurants and shops beach. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous everything about it it was spotlessly clean all the staff was very good nothing was to much trouble.

we had to make one complained about the restaurant at breakfast. We was going in at 09:00 in a morning and they wasn’t setting the tables once they had been used. the restaurant didn’t open any way until 08:00. we had our Elderly Aunty who struggled with her mobility made us walk to the bottom of the restaurant area to find a table when there was tables up near the food area. we felt that the restaurant staff just couldn’t be bothered to set the tables again. staff do not take in to consideration some one that’s elderly with poor mobility our Aunt is 88yrs and I am in health care sector myself so priority is my key and safety first. this concern definitely needs to be addressed. thankyou.
