We stayed for 7 nights in august 2023 (13th-20th) .although we thought it would be crowded this season ..in valentin star was not crowded at all ,there were many people but you could find easy sunbeds around the pool.no issue at all.very important that NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE TOWELS TO ''RESERVE SUNBEDS'' ,made it even more easier to find free sunbeds anytime. BREAKFAST: big variety ,many choices ,fresh products ..with eurpean buffet and with chef to prepare eggs ,omelettes at request, and most important that BREAKFAST S IS SERVED 8-11 every day . DINNER: what to say about dinner ..stayed in many hotels but fisrt time have eaten MOST TASTY AND MOST FRESHLY MADE dinner ever. every night had different food theme ..mexican,spanish,chinese ,italian and of course all nights with most delicious paeyias ,fresh fish and sea food, beef ,pork etc. dinner EXCELLENT !!!! ROOMS: huge ,comfy bed but,comfy pillowa9have list to choose pillows if want) rooms furniture bit dated but still couch comfortable PERSONNEL :ALL eager to help and assist every time ,all staff speak English. NIGHT SHOW : interesting and different night event every night. TRANSPORT: can use menorca city buses (note :accept only cash) ROUTE: 1.airport to mahon (4euros/person 2.mahon to citadella (6euros/person , 3.citadella to Cala en Bosch (valentin star) 2euros/person OR USE COACH SERVICE THAT COLLECTS FROM AIRPORT AND TRANSFERS TO HOTEL AND VICE VERSA (with stops to others hotels around the area --17euro/person In case you need late checkout can be offered with extra 40euros up to 16:00 o clock but you can also choose to leave luggage in reception and use the common bath near the pool to change.

not hotel's fault but if you stay in ground floor might hear noises from 1st floor guests ,hotels rule for men to wear trousers at dinner. pool towels free but if you need to change them have to pay 1euro/towel safe 10euros

Beautiful pool and surroundings. Just lovely that they had a wonderful sax player and violinist by poolside on a couple of afternoons. Overall atmosphere very relaxing and chilled. Nice touch that we were all served with a glass of cava by pool in late afternoon!

Unfortunately the sunbeds are very uncomfortable, others agreed. Wouldn’t take much to get a padded mattress on them all! They charge a euro when you want a fresh pool towel which we had never come across in any other hotel! Also a heavy charge for using room safe, also normally free in other hotels. They charge 5 euros per person to eat outside on the terrace. Never been charged for fresh air before! All those euros could pay for new sunbeds!

I loved the design of the hotel, the spacious room, the comfy bed The pool and the jacuzzi were lovely and everywhere it was so clean. Every single person of the staff was so kind and helpful. They recommended be the best ways to reach different calas and suggested the best tours. Great attention to customers' needs.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The restaurant was excellent with high quality food and lots of choices. Staff were aware of allergens and gave advice. There was a great choice of Gluten free items particularly at breakfast. Lovely pool, with a bonus glass of fizz every afternoon and really nice entertainment. Sports coordinator did a fantastic job everyday. Brilliant location. Entertainment on an evening was very good and enjoyable. Housekeeping and maintenance staff were excellent and it was incredibly clean.

Sunbeds at the top of the pool area were very cramped. Rooms are a little dated. Charging for pool towels to be changed is not a good idea and a lot of people were annoyed about this, unexpected in a 4* hotel

Had a lovely stay, hotel was clean and food was really good-surprising compared to some all inclusive I have stayed in! The complimentary drinks when we were at the pool were really nice too.

Found it strange that we had to pay an additional charge for a safe (3 euros a night). Also sometimes felt that when we were eating at dinner the staff would rush around collecting plates etc almost felt that we was being rushed or everyone was rushing around us. Also not sure why those who were half board weren't allowed to sit outside and why this was only For all inclusive guests. My mum doesn't drink alcohol and all inclusive didn't suit us as we wanted to also eat out and go to restaurants-we should not be treated different because of that

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Menorca. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a local market, making it very convenient to get around on foot. The room was spotless, and the housekeeping service, especially Sandra, was absolutely lovely. The entire staff provided impeccable service, from the breakfast team to the pool bar and reception — everyone was so attentive and helpful. We truly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The location could not be better Overlooking the marina close to the bars and restaurants Pool area was fabulous lots of sun beds The only annoying thing was the twice daily pool volleyball which disturbed the tranquility of the place The food was amazing both for breakfast and dinner. So much choice and lots of options. The evening entertaining on the terrace was great especially The Drifters and the Pioneers MC tribute acts, both brilliant. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful, cannot criticise any of them. Overall a great hotel and we will definitely return soon

The pool was very nice, decent size, offered drinks and snacks during the day, and it was a good touch. Breakfast was good, and dinner was good too. The room was good and comfortable, and the balcony was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We are very happy to stay at Valentin Star Hotel. We like everything- from reception, food ,accommodation, activities ,very friendly and professional activity team (Lidia and Lorenzo)

Location: top. Book via hotel the airport group transfer for €17.50 per person/way, or choose a taxi for €~80. Room: smaller side, but sufficient for the stay. Style seems from 90s but well maintained. Clean room, comfy bed. And a small pillow menu if you don’t want the standard pillows. Daily housekeeping. Breakfast: wow wow wow! Excellent buffet selection. Dinner: booked half board, so dinner was also served buffet style. Two live cooking stations, hot buffet, cold starters, large salad buffet, soups, and Fabulous dessert and fresh fruit selection. Pool: spacious areas, and plenty of sun beds. Try to catch one of the double sun beds, they are comfier. Pool bar: small lunch menu selection, but definitely sufficient for the location.

Am not big fan of the evening entertainments, but luckily they don’t last too late.
