We have stayed here 3 times, The location is brilliant for access to local Carema Beach and the Marina with restaurants and bars. All only 3/5m walk from the hotel. The staff here are extremely welcoming and will help you as much as possible. Always smiling and happy to help. The accommodation was cleaned every day with fresh towels supplied and the the hotel grounds and reception bar and pool areas all kept clean and well maintained. No need for payment everything can be added to room and settle one bill upon leaving if that suits you or you can pay as you go also. Between the location & friendless of the staff also alongside the food and options available made our stay a great one. We haven't been for two years and the staff still recognised us which was nice. I highly recommend this place If your looking for a relaxing, easy going holiday with beach and other options all at short distance away.. no doubt we will return again in future.

We found it faultless there wasn't one thing we disliked.

What an outstanding hotel. Faultless, very considerate staff. They do everything they can to help you. They are flexible with the rules without compromising on quality. Quiet, calm, relaxing, an amazing swimming pool, good food. Perfect for families, my children had the best time on the swimming pool. Location was also very good, great selection of restaurants by the little marina and close to the Ciutadella which we went 3 times during our time there for a post-dinner night walk. On top of everything, on the first day we arrived at the hotel very late due to 3 hours flight delay. The hotel staff prepared a nice cold meal with bread, fruits, cheese and some cold meats that was waiting for us ready for consumption. They have beach equipment for rental on very reasonable prices. Even the ice cream in the pool bar was cheaper than most of supermarkets around us. Thank you very much for everything.

Fantastic location near 2 beaches and the central port area. Staff were super welcoming and attended to all our needs during the stay. There are supermarkets very close by which provided most of our needs. The hotel pool was a good size and was never overcrowded. Other guests did not place towels early morning. In summary a great hotel.

The kitchen is becoming too old, so needs a revamp. The evening entertainment was a missed opportunity and could have been better. Also the bar staff in the evening sometimes struggled with the number of customers

Exceeded expectations, will definitely be returning, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Spacious apartments which are spotless and quiet, wonderful pool, very clean and well maintained. Pool bar had nice variety of snacks and lunch options. We didn't have breakfast or dinner on the premises as it was very close to marina with loads of restaurants however the variety of food was very similar. Fab holiday very peaceful and relaxing.

The paving/ path around garden/ pool area is uneven and a tripping hazard, should look to be repaired.

The hotel was lovely, very nice reception, cleaners, lifeguards and restaurant staff were lovely. The apartment had great size, 2 TV's in the room and living room area, all the stuff needed even to wash plates! The place is beautiful is like a small village with beautiful gardening and flowers and very well maintained. There are also lots of supermarkets and shops nearby which was very handy!and the people were always very nice and friendly.

The buffet I think could be improved a bit but still was good for a 3* was great. And for kids, the pool area is a bit dangerous as is open and a kid running could fall in.

- Great value for the money - breakfast and dinner - not crowded, quiet and good vibes

- some of the staff seemed tired and therefore not receiving so well as others - cleaning was not done the same way every day, some cleaned more than others, some towels misunderstood, but nothing special - hotel games and entertainment (ping pong was free) should be free at least for children - the downsides are nothing special, you so take my review with a grain of salt

Great location, large pool & very friendly staff. Spacious apartment in a quiet location as requested. Food was varied although on the cold side but that's the Spanish way in hot weather. Grill bar had meat, chicken & fish hot & freshly prepared to order. Cleaner came every day & sheets were changed 3 times during our 15 nights. All in all a very good holiday - would stay again without hesitation.

Free pool towels Breakfast area and food variety was good Room was spacious with microwave and fridge etc Hotel reception very friendly and helpful Check out time of 12pm was good Able to leave luggage after checking out and still use the hotel pool etc. Supermarket only 2mins walk over road Bars 5mins walk.

My room backed on.to a road at the back of the hotel so didn't have much of a view but suppose it's luck of the draw. Also being as it was a ground floor room it didn't get much light which at least meant it was nice and cool and a good escape from the outside heat. The lock on the patio door looked like it wouldn't take much breaking open but there was a safe in the room. Apart from that nothing to complain about

The hotel was a good surprise.Great for families, the rooms are confortable, the stuff is very friendly, the pool was clean and not crowded and activities offered by the hotel were great. I recommend to eat in the hotel or in Ciutadella.

The day we arrived the room was tidy clean. The next days the room service was not so good. Cleaners don't use vacuum cleaners and don't have enough time.

Lovely apartments great breakfast lots of variety, very helpful and polite staff, very clean, fabulous pool and surroundings with a good amount of sun beds and umbrellas for shade as well as the palm trees . Great location as close to a sandy beach, local restaurants, supermarkets and bus stop so no car is needed. Air conditioning works well in rooms and the apartments facing the tennis courts are very quiet. Good UK TV channels BBC/ ITV / Sky news. Family friendly resort.
