The location was amazing, and the outdoor space was gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers and seats, the view onto the port from the terrace area was fabulous! To say how close it is to the port, there is no sound once the doors are closed, which is great. We went on holiday to celebrate a birthday, but didn’t make the staff aware of this, however on the day, they knocked on the gate and presented us with a bottle of wine, a dessert and a towel sculpture shaped as a cake with lollipops in it! We think they must have noticed from passports when we checked in. It was completely unexpected and a really lovely gesture! They could not do enough for us and were extremely attentive to all of our needs and communicated with us and rectified any issues before we even noticed them ourselves! Everywhere was extremely clean and tidy, housekeeping topped up all of the coffee pods every day and even gave us more of the ones we liked best, which was a nice touch. Towels and bedding changed regularly and there was beach towels and towels for the sun loungers/beds provided and swapped for clean ones all of the time. I wish we could have stayed for longer!

the only tiny nitpick we could find is that there was no full length mirror in the villa and with our party including 3 girls, we really missed one.

The bungalows were lovely with really great facilities. The pool area was so nice and perfect with our 2 year old. It never seemed to be overly busy. The staff were very helpful.

Only criticism is our bungalow was cleaned until our penultimate day even tho we left the sign out, we had to ask reception to send someone to do it. A very small problem.

Location : wonderful !!! Literally the marina and the beach as at your feet. Shared swimming pool but felt almost private as it is only shared with few bungalows. Little farm ( chickens ) and vegetables plot.

We paid an extra £1000 thinking we booked the villa with the private swimming pool( which looked much bigger on the picture). We don’t know if it was a mistake from booking.com or the resort. There was 4 ( I think) in total of this type. When we ended up in something much smaller we felt a bit mislead. But we ended up having nice holidays anyway. So I would just say don’t try to book the big private one or call the resort first! Just to be sure.

Excellent Villas; parking space right outside your door in the Villas area. Cleaned everyday and kitchen full of amenities! Reception lady was super helpful and Ray from Lago Spa exceptional and so kind - had the best treatment!

The “Lago coin” system, wasn’t explained properly to our party and we lost 50€.

Lovely modern, clean property. It was wonderful that you could the pool at Casas. The pool in the bungalows was also lovely, as was the outside terrace. Housekeeping staff brilliant, they thought of everything.

Nothing about the property. It would be good if Bungalows guests could pay to have breakfast at Casas, but there are a lot of nice places nearby.

The bungalo was cosy. It had two bedrooms, a full size fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, tea pot. You could eat in if you chose to. There is a nice pool and parking inside the gated area. It's close to many waterfront restaurants. There's also a small grocery nearby.

4 bed villa location was fabulous, right on the marina. unfortunately out of season very little was open, but in summer months there is plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. wow factor on arriving, view is just spectacular Villa was large and spacious, very clean and well equipped. Private pool was lovely to cool off in the hot weather, hot tub wasn’t clean, and need treating with chemicals.

lack of mirrors, especially for 7 women sharing. no oven, just hob and microwave in kitchen. only one set of keys, and entrance fob, made it difficult if you wanted to return at separate times.

Absolutely brilliant. Villa much better than Photos. Staff cleaning every day. Hotel staff really helpful. We booked a private boat trip with them, and had a great time with Carlos the captain at a very good price. Would i return , yes in a heartbeat. Good for couples and young families. Teenagers might find the resort a little to quite.

Great outside space

There was no long mirrors in the property, the sink unit in the en-suite bathroom was so big that you couldn’t sit on the toilet properly, had to sit sideways! And one of the wardrobes in the main bedroom was unusable due to the bedside cabinet being in the way. Lastly the spare bathroom had no plug socket to be able to blowdry your hair and no mirrors in the second bedroom !

Beautiful location and very well maintained

Would have liked buns and mirrors in the bedrooms and the door was too difficult for myself and my elderly mother , so would have struggled if my husband wasn’t with us
