Great hotel with a lovely big swimming pool. Perfect for families. Fantastic buffet breakfast with a very wide variety of options (we did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel). Overall a nice resort with different nationalities, and didn’t feel over crowded (sun beds by the pool always available). Great for families with little kids. Nice beach nearby with nice restaurants. Room comfortable and cleaned every day.

Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. The grounds are very attractive and well-maintained and the main pool is a good size with plenty of beds available throughout the day. Our room was comfortable, spacious and cleaned daily. The hotel is a short walk to the nearest beach and there's also plenty of street parking for rental cars. We loved the buffet breakfast.

Only very minor things to pick out. We used the spa facilities on one day when a storm hit; unfortunately the steam room wasn't working and the indoor pool was colder than expected. The kitchenette in the room would also benefit from some basics like salt - it felt wasteful to only use a fraction of the smallest salt we could find at the supermarket.

Loved everything about it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Karla on reception desk. The facilities were great, especially the pools. The location was perfect. A short nature walk to the lovely beach. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hotel rooms were clean and well equipped. The hotel grounds and layout were lovely. Very spacious and set in beautiful grounds with lots of flowers and trees and greenery. My family and I were very happy with our 5 days there.

Not much. Perhaps the gym could have been a bit better but this is a minor ccriticism

The highlights were the beautiful and well kept grounds and planting and the large and clean swimming pools. Excellent breakfast buffet and pool bar. Location was nice and quiet away from the busier touristy town area.

The room was a bit dated but perfectly functional. Kitchen equipment was a bit sparse. Dinner buffet was fine but a bit repetitive after a week. Overall though the hotel was good value for money with no real complaints.

We love our stay - great location, garden, pool, food. Calm, nice place with polite and relaxed (in a good way) personnel. Guys even took care and sent my husband a birthday cake. Tasty, by the way. Thank you! It is literally quite a peaceful/ not noisy hotel (no crazy pool music and animation), they have it, but very light version. It might make sense of adding some creativity / diversity into mini disco… We had a car for a few days, checked out other beaches around. And honestly, the nearby beach is really good, with some restaurants and shops available.

Stunning grounds. The well established gardens are on par with five star hotels I've visited, probably better in fact. Lovely staff who all work hard and can't do enough. The apartment is old but clean and does the job perfectly. Turn left out of the hotel for a row of shops and restaurants, about four minutes walk away. The food is good value (around the pool and at breakfast), as are the drinks. If the snacks were a little more refined, and the bed a little softer, I would score this place a ten. Would not hesitate to return. I can't remember saying that about anywhere, not even five star Dubai. It's unpretentious, friendly and relaxing.

Bed a little hard

Great location, big studio, a well maintained garden, near sea, in a quiet side of the area and 20 min walk to the Cala en Bosc where are very nice restaurants. The breakfast had a pretty good variety including a selection of local food. Also, there are some shows in the evening and we really enjoyed the flamenco night.

On the side of the pool might be a bit noisy during the day because of the people spending the time there. We didn’t stay in the resort during the day but at some point we were a bit annoyed by the loud people in the morning or late in the night.

The staff at the buffet resturant were really smiley and really friendly and great with my little one. The outdoor swimming pool was kept clean and had lots of inflatables for the kids. The indoor pool was nice too.

The bedroom bed was quite uncomfy was very hard. The pull out bed in lounge was more comfy. More varied options in the dinner buffet would have been good. Would have been good to have had some resturants nearby as its quite remote.

The garden, the pool and the restaurant were definitely the best aspects of this property. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great and the dinner was reasonably priced and good quality. The entertainment team gave their best to create a nice atmosphere in the evenings and kids loved them!

The furniture in the apartment was outdated. There is a small beach within walking distance but it’s quite rocky. The hotel is a bit far from everything (60-70km from the airport!) so you need a car to get around. It was close enough to Ciutadela though which has great restaurants, shops, fish market, etc.

The hotel isn’t too big and the rooms are well spaced out and set within beautifully maintained grounds. The guests are a mix of many nationalities and it is very family orientated. The pool is great and we always got 4 loungers together without any problems, plus there is easy access to a lovely beach with cafes, super market and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was varied with lots of Menorcan specialities on offer and everyone found something to enjoy every night.

The rooms are a little cold. The a/c temp is centrally controlled (other than on or off in the rooms) and we found we needed a blanket at night as it was too cold for us (but too warm without the a/c).
