The location was amazing. It was within a 2 min walk to a lovely beach. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile! Two pools to chose from and there was always sun loungers available even though it was mid August.

Without a fixed gate I noticed that the pool was often used but non- hotel guests that would just wonder in from the beach ( I was able to understand them speaking Spanish). The air con was not working in the bedroom ( but I did not complain as we used the main one from the living room as it was enough, so no one to blame). The one thing that was difficult was the key attached to the light card… what this meant was we had to lock and unlock the door in the dark as the slot was behind the door… we found a solution by detaching the card from the key ring which wasn’t ideal.

Friendly and happy staff, always willing to help. Great and different breakfast every morning with so many options! Views are great, 2 balconies in the apartment one looking at the Cala and the other at open ocean. They lent us a beach umbrella that other guests have left behind upon request. Pools were immaculate. Truly 3 minutes walk to the Cala beach. A super tasty ice cream shop 50 mts from the hotel. A/C worked great and there is an elevator. Plenty of towels. Mini fridge available.

The pillows were not the best, we did not ask for others maybe they had other options. The fruit offered at breakfast seemed frozen not super tasty honestly.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was something to look forward to ... delicious, fresh and a great choice. Location was a bit further away from Cuitadella than I expected but there was a good bus service.. The nearby beach was more than adequate for our requirements and there were good walks in the locality.

The bedroom was very small for twin beds. The hotel was built, I believe, around 40 years ago and is beginning to look its age. It is well maintained and very clean but just beginning to get 'old'.

The Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and variety every day. The personnel ar the restaurant was very friendly and helpful for any need you might have.

The paved space around the swimming pools is too small considering that the sun loungers are positioned there, so when someone needs to pass there is always a difficulty. The signs for not smoking and the enforcement to those clients to still do it in the areas such as the swimming pool where other people are, including children, is not present or strictly applied. It is very unpleasant to breath the cigar smoke when you are not smoker, then you need to refrain yourself to use the hotel facilities do to that. First it is in the regulations of the hotel and second is just common sense of respect of others.

The staff made it feel like home. Where ever you went in the hotel you were met with happy faces. The bathroom was fabulousy spacious and the cleaners were spot on with the cleanliness. I would also like to add that the Mangeress of reception was attentive and always supportive. The reception staff were superbly professional, attentive and friendly as well. I have stayed 4 times over 3 years and have had the opportunity to compare other hotels in the area as have stayed at Lagos and sister boutique hotel and they do not have the magic of Grupotel Tamariscos. The Omlette lady was wonderful and absolutely lovely..... beaming smiles. Room C214 is a great room with gorgeous views and captures the sun in the afternoon.

The Manager of the Breakfast area can be a bit surely. I think because he runs a strict ship and expects staff and hotel guest to adhere. If he feels any guest has inadvertently broken the breakfast has closed rules (10.45am) he might want to advise with a 😃 smile. Otherwise, I think he is brilliant at his job and a credit to the hotel. I'll also add that he works so hard as do the staff who looks upto him.

The hotel commands a prime position on the headland, overlooking the sea, the beach on one side. Layout of the hotel means there is very little noise from other rooms and the views from rooms / balconies are superb. The buffet breakfast provides a vast choice to suit all tastes.

The hotel is showing wear and tear in some public areas and in our room poor maintenance of the showerhead had lead to damp stains and a soaking wet floor at each use. In the evenings very few chose to use the bar/restaurant because it has all the charm of an aircraft hangar. It needs little imagination and planning to make the facility attractive and encourage people to stay at the hotel rather than go out (although the range of bars and restaurants close by is a big temptation).

Fabulous location, this was the second time visiting this hotel and it won’t be the last! The hotel over looks the main Cala n Bosch beach, it has the most fabulous views! There are two pools that both over look the sea. The breakfasts are really varied and I really can’t fault it. There’s not a lot of entertainment in the evenings, but for us this is a plus! It’s relaxing yet still near all the shops and harbour for a good night out.

Best location in Cala'n Boch, close by the sandy beach, the harbour with array of good restaurants, the bus stop, the supermarkets, everyting few steps away. Excellent breakfast, clean swimming pools and decent room.

My room was few steps away from the sandy beach and it was facing the Globales Hotel which runs music events till 23:30, therefore I couldn't sleep. Other rooms, placed at the back of the hotel are quieter

We absolutely loved our stay and we'll be back for sure :) the location is amazing, especially the pools with views on the sea and beach, and the staff is very professional and welcoming. A special thanks to Espe, Paqui, Caro and Solange.

We loved our stay but would have preferred a real double bed and not 2 singles, but we understand this is pretty standard in Spain. Also we found that quite a few sunbeds were broken. Finally, some enforcement against "reserving" sunbeds with towels would be beneficial.

Position of the property is just pure gold. Right on the cliff next to the sea, with a stunning view. This is how you wake up every morning and for me this is already perfect. Then position of their restaurant is again next to the sea so you have really relaxing and magnificent view over the sea and cliffs. Definitely best location across all hotels here. Room was super big, it’s more apartment. So I found it super useful, spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed big balcony and view on the sea. Breakfast was definitely diverse enough that I could really enjoy it every morning. And lastly the staff! What an amazing group of people. Everyone from room service, front desk, restaurant staff and hotel manager were so kind and helpful. Amazing attitude which made the stay super comfortable and pleasant. I can see some people commenting property is old. Well yes property is not new but there’s a big difference between hotel being old and broken vs old in excellent condition. I found condition of the hotel very good, you can see it was built with great materials and i feel being older just gives the hotel more charm. Think of it same as wine. So overall I extended my stay here and would definitely bring my family here next time.
