Great location, very easy access to the beach. It’s a short walk to the marina with lots of restaurants to choose from and not very expensive. Our room was good, looking over the length of the pool, on the 3rd floor so had a good over view .

The room didn’t have any washing up stuff, ie washing up liquid ,dish cloths, or tea towel and no utensils to cook with . I think booking.com should let customers know this so they can bring there own, you could rent sauce pans etc but very expensive

The breakfast, had a wide range of options. And guaranteed many selection. The pool with a lovely size and a lovely temperature that didn’t make you feel cold when even resting in the pool. A bonus with the beautiful beach right off from the holiday. And the surrounds around the pool was lovely, clean with and lovely view from our hotel room. The areas were always clean and maintained well with a lovely reception, that were helpful

There were ants in our room. Not many but they were tiny coming from outside our balcony.

Beautiful location. Lovely to be able to swim in the pool overlooking the beach and sea. Lovely clean apartment. Very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. We were given the apartment we requested , a lovely bottle of bubbly awaited us and my parents were given a bottle of wine for their anniversary.

The TV reception. Picture was distorted and sometimes absent. We did report the problem and a technician was sent round. There was some improvement but not ideal - perhaps it is a bad signal area?

I liked the proximity to the beach and to the restaurants. I appreciated that there was cleaning service every day, and that when we had the do not disturb sign to our door they were calling to check if we want the cleaning in the evening. Breakfast was ok, maybe less salt/sugar in the ommlet or waffles would be better. We also received a little package at our departure which was nice.

There were no toiletries other than the soap and the shower gel.

What a great breakfast, so much choice . The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the marina where there are many restaurants to choose from . The staff are all so friendly, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds . You can walk out of the hotel straight onto the beach , it’s just a great location

breakfast was exceptional. the pool area is lovely and the hotel is close to the beach. parking was never an issue either.

the towel deposit was ridiculous for an establishment of that caliber, if towels aren’t returned then guests can sign that they will pay. you also had to pay to ask for new towels to exchange which I found odd again for such a nice hotel. The location wasn’t my favorite as it was near a very populated beach, however it was close to Ciutadella and there was plenty to do nearby.

The staff were amazing, so polite and friendly, plus worked hard. They left us a lovely gift to celebrate our honeymoon. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable - plus had a pool & sea view. Pool was a good size. View to beach was lovely. Well located near sea, harbour restaurants and supermarket. A shower to use post check-out. Highly recommend

Right on the beach. Very clean and lovely breakfast. Close to a large supermarket and the marina. Great cocktails!

Great customer service from check in to check out, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was beautiful with the backdrop of the ocean. If you want a beautiful, tidy, and clean apartment in a quiet area then Carema is for you

The pool wasn't heated

Convenient location. Everything is walking distance. Hotel is very accommodating, you don’t have to leave. Super market steps away from hotel. Rooms have everything you need. Restaurants are 5-10min walk. If you have a rental plenty of parking. Private entrance to the beach. We opted to stay at the hotel pool, beach gets very crowded. Bar staff makes some of the best mango daiquiris 🤌🏽. Breakfast buffet is massive so worth the price. Hotel is about a 40min drive, it’s cheaper to rent a car vs cabs prices.

Price. Quite high.
