Excellent all inclusive options for food and drink and the quality was fantastic with nice snacks and even fruit available right through the day. The entertainment team are amazing too and the right side of getting guests involved without being pushy or overbearing plus the involvement with kids is great too. You have a great choice of pools that everyone can enjoy without worrying you'll get a space too plus the vibe is different across the 3 of them depending on what you're after. The rooms are fantastic and the cleaning has been spotless also. Finally a massive mention for the sustainable efforts as well - this is the way all hotels should be going if we're going to stop damaging the planet and the hotel/group deserve a huge amount of credit for starting to drive this.

Queues for food in the restaurant get a bit out of hand at times and and could be managed better and the gym needs updating too - treadmill broken the whole stay and a weights rack with half of them missing?! Charging for safety deposit boxes in 2023 is also a bit archaic too, I've not been charged for a safe in at least 10 years now but it does tell you clearly before booking. Lastly the rooms need a bit more storage as well because the refurb is stunning but not much space for putting clothes away in draws is all. These are very basic bits and nothing major though.

You feel tucked away in your own little world, very relaxed and calm! Perfect for a holiday. Right next to the marina, so you can easily access anything you need! Everything was clean, the apartment was spacious, pools were beautiful, food and drinks were great. The staff were so kind and helpful. Simona and Julio especially! Can't wait to be back.

As people without kids, it was very family-focused, and our apartment was above the kids pool. Overall, it didnt affect us in the least, and we had a really relaxing trip! Just something to keep in mind if you're expecting different.

Pools were a good size and there was always plenty of sun beds, regardless of the time of day. Everywhere was clean and well looked after. Children enjoyed the slides. Food was good - lots of options for fussy eaters and those wanting a healthier option. Location is great - 1 minute walk to the marina, a couple of minutes to the beach and easy bus ride to Ciutadella. Loads of excellent activities throughout the day, run by the brilliant staff at the hotel. The entertainment staff (Mirel particularly) went above and beyond to ensure it was a brilliant holiday.

Drink selection wasn’t great

Clean and modern apartments, children are catered for in every way you need from plastic plates and cups at dinner to the parks and pool facilities. Second time staying and did not disappoint second time around. The kids disco is fab and they brought out a special character on the Friday and Saturday, which were Mickey Mouse and Olaf. My son loved it.

My son is wheat free due to his eczema. Would be great if a wheat free bread option could be provided in future. But I would still return. This would just be an added bonus.

Value for money. Location.

Bedroom had toilet smell. Unfortunately, this is not uncommon and could have been addressed earlier, prior to the guest’s arrival.

I liked everything. Very child friendly hotel. They had plastic plates and bowls for kids in the restaurant. That was a lovely touch. Very clean, very friendly staff, lovely food with different selection each evening and there was constant entertainment throughout the day and evening. Our room was quite close to the entertainment area in the evening. We will be definitely be going back next year.

They only wanted cash for towel and iron deposits. I didn't need cash at all on my holiday except for this. So a little annoying to have to go to the ATM just for this. But it's minor in comparison to how good our stay was.

Amazing, kind staff, sorted any little issues straight away with a smile. Great selection of food & drinks & snacks all day long. Sofa in the living room, own balcony, comfy bed & bedding.

The bathroom (drain) stinks very badly. Aircon is either for the whole apartment or none. I know it’s a small thing but would be nice to be able to control separately for the bedroom & livingroom as we might have different needs within the family.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a double room and it was a good size and comfy. There are 3 pool areas which is nice if you want to find a quieter spot. there is a very good selection of good quality food and the drinks selection was superb.

We visited at the beginning of May & the hotel aircon system wasn't switched on, so we found it a little warm to sleep at night, but this wasn't a huge issue.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. The place has everything you need and a stones throw away from the beach and marina which has loads of nice restaurants and shops. The staff and entertainers are welcoming and make you feel right at home. So much for kids to do, and the hotel make sure they accommodate for all the little ones staying!

The staff were brilliant. The entertainment team went above and beyond to make sure that the children were entertained and everybody had fun. The pools were excellent and our room was spacious. There were plenty of sun beds available and the supermarkets and harbour was directly opposite the hotel

There were only small cups available at the pool bar, and we weren’t all inclusive so a beer was 3euros for effectively 1/3 of a pint. Wider variety of fruit at breakfast too
