We loved everything about the place we have stayed in. Rooms are lovely, pool is nice and the staff is amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant. Friendly, very helpful and gives your stay in there an extra value 🙏 Would highly recomend

Outside area was brilliant, clean, good size pool, lots of sunbeds , bar with fantastic staff!!

Rooms, dated, in need of modernisation . Lack of oven can make it difficult for those staying with kids- you can’t make pizza or chips 😊

Lovely and clean, we booked a studio but were given a one bed apartment ☺️, quiet location but within walking distance of bars and restaurants. All staff very helpful and friendly

Location was perfect and the pool was awesome my kid enjoyed so much

The double bed was not actually double. There were two single bed combined in one, they had tires and every time when we sit they moved one to other direction.

Small friendly complex. Perfectly sized apartment with all you need. No frills, but I didn't want them. Great location with walking distance to Ciutadela. We were really pleased with our choice of place to stay.

The floor wasn't very clean. Reported to reception, came back and was lovely. Be prepared to walk, or better yet, hire bikes or a car to explore further afield.

Nice rooms basic, but very clean. Lovely pool and and the bar area was nice too and not expensive. We were self catering and could of done with a few more utensils. Towels were changed every 2 or 3 days which was great.

Unfortunately we were disturbed 3 or 4 times at 6am in the morning by groups of teenagers playing in the pool and no one from the apartment staff seemed to stop them

Superb service. Great accommodation and having stayed at this property in May everything was perfect. The check in staff - Lady and Menorcan chap with a Madrid mother were simply outstanding in their help. Nothing was too much for them. Their eye to detail was noted. We would love to come back a third time. As they say no hay 2 sin 3!

Prices in the bar could have a been a little cheaper and the offering of cocktails. We went to the Cove bar however would have preferred in the complex.

Great place, all staff was very friendly (desk, minimarket, restaurant). Location is ok if you want to be close to Ciutadella yet far enough to have quiet nights. Room´s kitchen had all the essentials, boiler, toaster, microwave, cutlery, etc. Pool area and pool size are quite big and you also have a small beach only 5' walk from the hotel.

Is not the hotel´s fault, but many uneducated guests were smoking in the pool area where there are clear signs everywhere that it's not allowed. Also, not hotel's fault but the weekend we stayed it was San Juan and there were a lot of teenagers yelling and shouting during the night. You might want to check to avoid specific dates.

Great bed and views. Very clean. Lovely reception staff. The ease of parking. Very amicable barman who had lived in England (Birmingham) was a warm welcoming presence on our initial contact in picking up our key. Great beer and start to the holiday. Highly professional chap.

The heat in the room and a big gripe was a chap under our balcony continuously smoking. The recent COVID situation should render tobacco obsolete. Smoking in an appropriately signed area perhaps. Shower was quite piercing in it's jet however great pressure and very clean toilet. Cleaning staff were helpful and outstanding.

Lovely location near a pretty cove ideal for swimming, although there is a pool on site which is fine. We went when it was particularly hot so we spent a lot of time in the sea / pool. Apartment was fine with a view over the pool. Shop on site was handy.

It is not easy to get to unless you have a taxi. We used the buses which were not always reliable. It is a good 3o min walk to the main city which is great if it is not too hot.
