Location is really good bus stop is in front of hotel and 10 mins from Ciutadella which is the capital and the hotel is next to Cala en brut. The beach is nice. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are modern comfortable and very clean. Food is nice there are themes for dinner (Mexican, Asian)

The Charge for the change of beach towel when it’s dirty even if it’s 1€ only it’s not convenient when you stay one week the towels get dirty from beach/pool. The gym outside the hotel charges 7€ a day and the timing is very bad (closed on weekends and afternoons it’s open only in morning few hours and night few hours as well) Animation was a bit boring during the day around pool. At night it was OK Buffet - nice however a bit repetitive when no theme ( Sunday ) and one night the theme was fruits ?

Great hotel, really clean, staff super friendly, lots of smiles for us and even more for our 7 month old. The food was great, I thought there were lots of options, lots of different fish dishes throughout the week, particularly enjoyed the sushi and crevette special nights. Lovely pool area, great location with sun throughout the day and bars nearby including a snack / food area if you need to eat between meal times. Amazing little beach nearby with cool swimming areas. We really can't fault anything. We were a family of 3 with a 7 month old so cant comment on nighttime entertainment but the Animation staff were always around getting people involved in activities.

It was always really busy. Silvia, our breakfast Waiter is really amazing. The weather was not great, but Menorca has a lot of great places to visit.

Fantastic hotel, staff very friendly, nice bedroom, everywhere so clean and the buffet meals are perfect - great selection. Enjoyed our short stay and would definitely go back again.
