The receptionist could not do enough for us and gave us an upgrade to the ground floor room which was bigger and with garden access as the upper floor room was small. There were coffee and tea making facilities out side our room with free breakfast cakes which we appreciated. It was was a excellent location with an easy walk to the old town. Comfy beds.

Good communication with the host from the outset on arrival time as not staffed all the time. Very friendly welcome. A genuine urban boutique hotel with character. Lovely garden and terrace. Everything felt chic and trendy, down to the tasteful T shirts on sale in reception. Honesty bar by the terrace with payment on check-out. Easy access to room with a key (not always the case). Straightforward safety deposit box, again with a key. Very good air con and wifi. Superb location only a couple of minutes' walk from the historic centre of the town.

Limited wardrobe space but probably ok for a short stay. See through WC and shower - needs more obscure glass for the WC.

It felt like home. Loved the outdoor space and the lobby area where you could help yourself to coffee tea etc. Not too far a walk and very quiet (except for some other guests !) The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful.

As two friends sharing the privacy was tricky for the loo and the shower.

Great little boutique style hotel in the perfect location! Few minutes walk to the town centre -resturants,bars,shops & only 5mins from the sea. Staff are lovely, great recommendations for restaurants from Paola.Rooms are super clean with good aircon & some outside space. Our second stay and I'm sure we'll be back😊

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good communication with Paola the Manager of the Hotel. Room very clean and the rest of the common area too. Very good location. I will recommend it!

Nothing bad to said the only recommendation it’s to try to improve to be more Eco Friendly. We noticed a lot of use of plastic inside the Hotel (elements of the kitchen, toiletry, glass in the bathroom in plastic…)

Everything. Stylish, well maintained, comfortable. Very close to the old city and the port ……easy walking distance. Host/proprietor was exceptionally helpful and kind. Access to tea and coffee, and an honesty bar too …….they seem to have thought about most things.

Nothing to dislike.

Small and calm hotel with Excellent location to go to the center, restaurants and bars 5-10 min walk. Also, close to buses stations to move around 15min walk. Not fare from plaça des borns if you go before high season, less buses deserving Calas so you can get a taxi on the taxi station is this place. Comfy bed. Nice back garden and common area to have a tea or coffee. Friendly and available staff.

Not much hot water.

We loved our stay at Hotel Abril 37. The allotment at the back of the hotel is wonderful, it is clean and quiet, and close to all amenities and sight seeing. Paola was super helpful with everything.

Paola is very nice, she gave us great advice for lunch and for sightseeing options. This was the place where we slept best during our stay in Menorca. The garden is awesome. The coffee in the morning was great and the 2 bottles of water as well. We will return for sure!

The hotel was well located, close to the center of Ciutadella: we could easily walk to all the main attractions of the city. The staff was really really nice and warm, and they helped us with all our needs. The room was well equiped and the patio/garden of the hotel was a very relaxing place to spend some time and give a walk.

We enjoyed our stay quite a lot and don't have many negatives to point out. The only thing we can suggest to improve a little would be to have in the room some more places where we could put our bags, clothes.. (ex: a bigger table)
