The hotel is in an excellent location & a short walk from both the beach & the centre of Ciutadella. The hotel has been beautifully refurbished & has a lovely pool & surrounding area. We were given a suite on the top floor with a wonderful terrace which was a great surprise. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of choice & there was drinking water permanently available at reception. Our coffee machine was swiftly replaced when we found it faulty. The hotel also gave us a welcome present of local biscuits which was a nice touch.

I cannot fault this hotel at all. It was excellent value for money & we had a fantastic stay.

We really can't fault Hotel Patricia. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and clean, great shower; an extremely extensive buffet breakfast choice; neat little pool with sunny patio and sun loungers. Free parking is available on the street, although you may need to cruise for a few minutes to find one. The beautiful Old Town is less than 5 minutes walk away, where there is a wide choice of bars and restaurants.

On an island where water is a scarce resource, we were surprised to find the large bathroom basin was a plug-less design. Booking.com: I continue to have this ongoing problem of having 2 accounts, both sending emails to my correct email address, but one where I am Genius Level 1 (the one I'm doing this review from) and one where I am at Level 3. I have written to Mr Fogel about his, but a month later have heard nothing. All I want is for the accounts to be merged, obviously leaving me at Level 3, but with all my trips going back 15 years retained. Please can someone contact me about this?

Great location. The room was spacious and didn’t have unnecessary furniture, nice and simple but plenty of storage space. Very clean and modern. Amazing breakfast. Gorgeous outdoor pool area. Lovely staff.

It was a stone’s throw from the city centre and the port but in a residential area so quiet at nights. It had a lovely outside area and pool to enjoy some peaceful downtime in the afternoon

There were tea making facilities in the reception area but not in the bedroom. We found out a few days into our stay that kettles were available but this information was not offered at check in. The facility to make a hot drink in the area downstairs by the breakfast area would have been nice

It was convenient for the city and restaurants. Bustling vibe re eateries and drinking places. Nice market stalls with Jewellry and art etc. Pool was small but nice and clean, very quiet. Very suitable for quiet families and couples.

Room we were first offered was not so great but moved to a bigger, lighter room. Staff were mostly ok - some lacking charm and friendliness. All very professional.
