This hotel apartment was in a nice, quiet, & safe location that was about a 10-15 minute walk to the buses & center of Ciutadella where it was great to walk around and had nice cafes & restaurants. The apartment was very spacious, clean & with a comfortable bed. The balcony was a nice added touch to sit and relax for a bit after a long day. The 2 pools were clean and good for a nice dip. The hotel is located right next to a beautiful long walking path where you would see the most beautiful sunsets. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveler and would absolutely stay here again. Friendly Tip: taxi to this hotel is approx 50-60 euro, 40 min ride. I lucked out and immediately boarded a bus straight from the airport exit & transferred to the 2nd bus that left me at the bus center of Ciutadella. It was approx an hour & 15 mins on comfortable buses and about a 10-15 min walk to the hotel. Total cost was less than 10 euro. I took a shuttle bus back to the airport that cost approx 14 euro, 45 mins. Makes sure to book the shuttle (one way or roundtrip) at least 2 days in advance.

Again, this was absolutely a quiet and safe area and i had NO issues but being a city girl with a cautious nature, a bit odd that anyone could possibly walk onto the hotel property without directly passing inside the hotel reception. I would suggest the hotel provide extra bath mats (or you could ask the cleaning service) because a lot of water tends to splash onto the floor when showering.

The apartment had a great balcony with a lovely view of the pool and sea. The swimming pools (one is adult-only) were very clean and tidy. The apartment was cleaned every day, the whole site is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with all our queries including booking a hire car for a couple of days. The family pool has a bar which sells snacks and ice creams so you could stay there all day. If you don't have a car there is a well stocked convenience store a few minutes walk down the road.

If I was being very picky some of the decor in the apartment could do with a refresh but there wasn't anything that detracted from our enjoyment of the stay.

The pools are beautiful and the location is great. You're not directly in the center, but 25 minutes max walking from wherever you need and right by the water! I also love that I was a little disappointed with my initial room because they don't make it clear that a few of them don't really have much of a view at all...BUT, the guy at reception was really kind and found a same-value room to put me in if I was willing to wait a few more hours, which was totally worth it for a partial view of the sea. Parking was easy, all of the staff was great...I would recommend this place and stay here again.

At first I was bummed about my room, but they hooked me up. Just make sure you're aware that not all have the best view. The kitchen is fairly bare-bones, but you can certainly get by.

Excellent location within walking distance to the city, once we found out where all the different needs during our stay for example supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance, Reception staff all very helpful, a good sense of humour and very polite. Domestic staff , always very polite and helpful.

Only very small grumble, small glasses within the kitchen area and no bowls to allow for breakfast cereals. Allowed to vape next to the swimming pools.

Spacious, very clean and well appointed Appartment in a good location with easy access to the city centre. Staff were helpful and friendly - pool & grounds were well looked after.

Thought an aparthotel would have some cafe/restaurant facilities on site and/or shop. Although there were a couple of cafes & shops in the area all were a walk away and there was only a drinks bar on site. Plus the ‘welcome pack’ consisted of some water and enough for one cup of tea or coffee each. Arriving on a Sunday with shops closed meant we had to go into town just to get a snack.

Room was spacious and clean, view from the room was beautiful, location, many restaurants close to Ciutadella, friendly staff, garage parking

A dishwasher in the apartment and a dish drying rack would’ve been great

A friendly welcome from reception and a large, immaculately clean apartment with everything you would want. Very comfortable bed and nice unexpected extras like a bottle of water in the fridge, a pack of washing up items, soap/shampoo etc. Everything you might need provided such as a range of pans and utensils, oven, microwave and more . Great pool area with outstanding view to the sea. We particularly liked the quieter, smaller 'adults only' pool where sunbeds were always available. The hotel is easy walking distance to the facilities of Ciutadella.

The stay at this hotel was spectacular from the start, we had an upgrade and the apartment was perfect: clean, spacious, quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (there are pans, forks, baking trays, you also provide the cleaning kit, although cleaning is done daily). The bathroom was also equipped, we found shampoo and conditioner! The hotel has two swimming pools, one larger and one smaller with sea views. The staff is friendly and helpful.

well positioned to reach Ciutadella downtown by foot free parking on the street very supportive reception staff (they helped me change the room) the reception was open all the time everything looked very safe & quite daily cleaning of the apartment good airco in all rooms

it's a very large complex ground floor apartments are very dark; we had to change if you don't chose sea view you may only get "walls view" the coffee machine is of low quality

Reception staff were all super friendly and helpful! We had a surprise upgrade to the best suite in the entire hotel (apartment 10 penthouse with sea view) after originally booking a standard room. I’m not sure why we were given this but it was amazing. The view from the terrace provided the best sunset we saw in Menorca and would recommend to anyone to book a room with sea view! We also enquired about restaurant recommendations and were provided six or so places of which we tried two and had a great meal each time. Finally there is plenty of parking spaces directly outside the hotel and it’s only a 10 minute walk into the harbour/town area.

It’s hard to complain about anything during our experience here but a proper double bed would have been preferable over the two singles pushed together. However the beds/pillows were comfortable and clean.
