it’s an airbnb style hotel (no 24h reception etc) really well located right in front of plaça dels pins, where all buses to the beaches and other pueblos leave. it’s also really close to the historical center. the offered breakfast is also good.

i didn’t pay attention when i made the reservation, but my room had a single bed, which i’m not really used to. also, i had to take my bags up the stairs as there isn’t an elevator, so if you’re carrying heavy luggage that’s something you should consider.

Room I stayed in a single room that was perfect for my needs. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, equipped with modern amenities such as a TV, a long mirror, a hairdryer, and air conditioning. The view from my room was a pleasant surprise, overlooking a playground and a cozy restaurant terrace. Service The service at Waki Conscious Hotel is top-notch. The cleaning staff were present every morning to keep my room neat, and the girl who cleaned was always friendly and respectful. The hotel manager was an invaluable resource, always available for any questions. She provided me with fantastic tips on the best places to visit and eat, complete with links and navigation assistance. Her help made my stay extra special. Facilities Although the hotel itself does not have extensive facilities, this was not a drawback given the excellent location. I did not make use of the breakfast service at the hotel, as I preferred to have breakfast at one of the many charming terraces nearby. There are plenty of great breakfast spots in the area. Location The location of the hotel is truly ideal. Situated in the heart of Ciutadella, there are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance. Additionally, there is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel, with buses running to nearly every beach on the island. This made exploring Menorca very easy and efficient. Conclusion My stay at Waki Conscious Hotel was a very positive experience.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Ciutadella really close to the old town, and you can easily get around only by foot and public transport. The rooms don't have numbers but names, which feels more personal. The owners are very friendly, and I felt quite welcome. They can let you know about local attractions if you wish to. The check-in process was very smooth. I would stay there again next time I visit Ciutadella

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff communicated well before and during our stay. Location is great! The room had a kettle and teas. Despite the central location the room was quiet.

The room is advertised with breakfast and only after the booking I've received a message that it's a small complimentary breakfast of a coffee and a pastry. The lady serving breakfast offered us a fruit and a yoghurt but it wasn't openly on offer - so a bit confusing. So for a person expecting a bigger breakfast it may not be enough.

Great staff - made a special effort to assist us with check-in after we arrived late in the day. Hotel is very centrally located right in the historic centre, with bars and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom.

Coffee machine was difficult to operate during breakfast.

The hotel was very welcoming, beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The communication from the owner from prior to check-in, all the way to check out was fantastic. Location was central and walking distance to everything..
