Great location. Quirky nautical theme, e.g. rotary switches for lights, signs to basement area. Really appreciated basement area with cold soft drinks, chilled water, coffee machine, and little cakes. Room small but comfortable with good air conditioning, wifi. The only staff member I met was one who tidied up rooms and basement area - was very welcoming when I met them.

Directions to apartment through Booking.com on foot from bus station were not quite correct. I suggest clearer directions would be helpful. Check in was on electronic screen in Catalan. I don't speak Catalan but managed based on French/Italian! I was jet lagged so I may not have figured out how to bring up screen in other languages.

Great location right in the centre of Ciutadella. Lovely old building and nicely decorated and laid out room.

The self-check-in didn't work so we had to call for help. I do think that if a place is going to call itself a "boutique hotel" it should have a reception desk staffed by humans. The plumbing in our room also wasn't great - after flushing, the toilet water ran for ages (although there are signs up everywhere saying to save water), and there was a dampish/plumbing smell in the room. There is a step down into the room as soon as you enter - there should be a sign up to warn you about this before you open the door.

Super Central location. Quirky hotel with a nautical theme. Nice quick brekkie pick-up if that is your thing. Great size room, fab mood lighting and electric connections. Beautiful views over the rooftops the higher you are. Well soundproofed if you need a quiet night, and excellent air conditioning. Clean and comfortable beds, soft linen and towels. Little fridge if you need to pop in stuff from the nearby supermarket. Easy Check-in and good security. Great breakfast and lunch places a few steps on the left and right, and numerous places around a small radius. Proximity to port and places of interest all a short stroll and chat away. Buzzing city!

Dislikes will be based on the individual - for me, it exceeded my expectations for a last second decision to stay a night away from our resort south of the island.

We stayed in a basement room.Check in done via a Machine at the entrance, you need the booking code. No reception. Quite Even though it is in the Center. There is a basement lounge room with Coffee, a table and sofa and wifi Access ( wifi in our room was not working). Room was cleaned everyday. Great location.

No reception and had issues checkin as code was not working Even though I paid for the room with the same machine. Room was in the basement so there was an odd smell and a Cockroach in our 1st day which aparently is normal for Spain and basement (called and they came and sanitised the room)

Very clean and tidy. Great location and very quirky and the nautical theme was very nice.

Self check in was quite complex when you had more than one booking. Inc ewe managed to get someone on the phone it was all fine. I work all day with a computer and I’m pretty tech happy and did struggle a little with touch screen and info!

The location is great, really cute hotel. There is a breakfast room with coffee etc provided.

There was a drainage smell coming from the bathroom area most days, not unbearable, but would rather of not had it.

Loved everything especially spacious and light room and it met our expectation. Staff were incredible. Downstairs in the lounge you'll be able to make a coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Location good as well.

Would be great if have any accessible - for example to able message on the phone to the staff (we're Deaf) as we did not realised that they do have a breaks in between the day and we had to wait nearby in the restaurant and while staff return back so we could check in.

It was clean, easy to find, near many other shops for food and necessities. It’s a close walk to the port and the kiosk to check in is super easy to use.

There’s no lobby to wait in..😅 and I didn’t know that, so when we arrived early we had to wait on the steps outside for a couple of hours before checkin

I stayed in the top floor with the balcony which made my stay. It was clean and really the balcony was the highlight. Also super central! I would stay here again but this room only!

I couldn’t check in without calling for help as my booking was booked for 2 guests by mistake, though I was just one. This meant I couldn’t continue the screen until it was sorted on the back end. Also reception did not answer but the first number worked and the lady helped me though I had to call multiple times.

The fact that it was equiped with everything (hair dryer included). Maybe a comb would have been also nice to have.

you should think about putting a small or retractile desk and chair, because there was not proper place to write or simply put the laptop.
