The hotel was really nice and clean. Pedro is a great host. We did a late check-in because of our flight and he was really kind to wait for us. Location was great - parking place was also 5 min far from the hotel. Pedro and the team were really kind as they gave us beach towels daily. In addition to, they were also super kind to wash our own towels once. My suggestions would be to: 1.add some more products to the morning menu ( btw, the Spanish omelette was extremely delicious) 2. maybe put a drying rack in the small garden so that guests can dry their clothes as the rooms don't have a balcony. This hotel was once home to an aristocrat now it’s a beautifully renovated hotel with all mod cons without loosing any of historic past . Pedro the owner/manager could not do enough to make our stay pleasurable . The hotel is right next to the cathedral easy walking to all sights and restaurants including the sea & marine .

We had horrendous rain for our first 3 nights and nearly all Menorca dwellings are made from sandstone which is v pourous absorbing the moisture so albeit we had heating it was difficult to to stay warm . The style and architecture of the room was superb so in the end it was no big deal.

- It seemed the milk and orange juice were not quite fresh anymore (that is always the risk with small hotels with a small set of rooms of course). Very easily fixable for the future by staff tasting a sip before serving and then we gladly come again!

We strongly recommend that the message about nearest car park and to call the hotel before arrival be prominently included in the booking confirmation and again the day before arrival by email and WhatsApp message. It only arrived at 09h30 on arrival day, when we were already driving so did not see it until too late. We lost a lot of time not realising the hotel is in a pedestrian-only area with the WAZE app unable to get us to the hotel or even its street.

Super cute and personal little hotel, right in the middle of Ciutadella. The room was beautiful and comfortable and Pedro was very helpful. We parked in a public parking 5 minutes walking from the hotel and never had problems finding a spot, but that may be because is quite early in the season.

Great location, great decor. Very understanding staff. We arrived with some pretty wild weather and a delayed flight.and Pedro did everything he could to help

Perfect location and perfect hotel with a lot of character and amazing history. Pedro was exceptionally friendly and cared about his guests’ comfort and happiness. Our room was spacious and architecturally interesting and well appointed indeed. Again, the location is excellent. The plaza nearby is delightful. For us, it was a very quiet room. The entire building is amazing with great character.

Well…breakfast could be a bit better, but we were fine.

The location was perfect, the room was very comfortable with lovely high ceiling. The whole building was tastefully decorated throughout. Pedro was very helpful. I loved being in the middle of the old town with plenty of great restaurants around but there was not much noise at night to ensure a comfortable sleep.

Pedro is very attentive and helpful. Location is in the city centre, making it a good starting point for adventures about Ciutadella. Room is spacious and has everything we need. Love the beautiful arches. Pedro also went the extra mile to decorate the room for our special occasion. Thank you Pedro for being a wonderful host!

Entrance was hard to find the first time.

The location is great, right in the centre of Ciutadella. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Staff were amazing, it’s family run so they were all so friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.

The breakfast isn’t great and needs improvement. It’s only a small selection and isn’t appetising, it’s a shame because you can see how much effort is put in. But we decided to eat out in the town instead.
