Pedro is a natural born host, taking a genuine interest in his guests. He individually supports his guests with pretty much anything they might need (e.g., breakfast specialties, bookings, ...). And, as a proud Menorcan he takes great pleasure in providing great tipps for restaurants, beaches, rental car providers, sights, ... (I have been to the island many times, yet with Pedro's help I did find a couple of new gems). With just four rooms and the familial atmosphere, to me, Ca S'Arader felt like a home away from home (I actually decided to return for another couple of days on the same trip).

We extremely enjoyed our stay at Ca S'Arader, everything was as explained on the website, and even better. The room is very generous in size, the terrace is a little gem and the breakfast excellent. The hosts were careful but at the same time able to respect our privacy.

It’s hard to properly express how above and beyond Pedro went to make our entire experience special. He pro-actively gave us great restaurant, beach and museum recommendations. Breakfast was delicious, the suite was lovely, well-stocked and clean. Everything was perfect.

The host proprietor was extremely helpful in giving us ideas of interesting places to visit and how to get there, also places to eat. We are an older couple so did not explore beaches but Calla Morell was beautiful and recommend going for lunch. Great spot for children who can swim and love jumping or diving off rocks.

Parking is not very close but free parking about 5 minute walk

It’s not only a wonderful hotel, it’s a place where you feel at home. We stayed at Ca s’Arader for a week and it was just perfect, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast and the nicest host you could wish for. Pedro gave us the best recommendations on what to do and see during our stay as well as places to eat and nice beaches. The location is great, in the city centre of Ciutadella, walking distance to all sights and restaurants, but still in a calm side street away from the noise and hustle. We enjoyed every minute there and had a hard time leaving.

Pedro was a very welcoming and accommodating host and we had a really superb stay. The breakfast was excellent with GREAT coffee! The accommodation was fabulous and very tastefully furnished. Location was very near the centre but on a quieter street. My wife Jane and I thoroughly recommend Ca S'Arader to others. Enjoy!

N/a - It was all good

The guest house is restored beautifully and Pedro's attention to detail throughout gives a real feel of luxury with a modern twist on authenticity. Pedro is the prefect host with a vast knowledge of the island and where to find the best wild beaches, where to eat and how to navigate the changing winds. We took on board most of his reccomendations and were never dissapointed. Pedro even gave us tips on where to go when we stayed in a different part of the island. Location is very central and perfectly placed to explore everything Ciutadella has to offer. We are already planning our next visit.

if you were looking for a hotel with a restaurant, bar and central facility, outside of the lovely hotel rooms, this may not be for you

Loved everything about my stay here! I purchased the room with the rooftop terrace and I’m so glad I did, it was a beautiful spot to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Pedro was great, super helpful and welcoming - nothing was too much to ask. I would definitely stay here again! :)

Everything about the property was excellent. Nice, clean, modern and very helpful and friendly staff.

The car parking was quite far away but managable.
